The required prior work experience for the bidder includes details of works of similar type and magnitude carried out by the tenderer, and details of works in hand and works tendered for as on the date of submission of the tender. The bidder needs to provide information on their general experience, which includes the value and percentage of similar works completed. For specific positions, the bidder should have the following experience: - Construction Manager (Pipeline Works): 5 years of total experience and 2 years of experience in similar works, with 1 year of experience as a Construction Manager of similar works. - Project Engineer (Civil): 3 years of total experience and 2 years of experience in similar works. - Supervisor: 5 years of total experience and 2 years of experience in similar works. The bidder should have completed similar works, with specific criteria as follows: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Alternatively, two similar completed works, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - Or, one similar completed work, costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder's annual average turnover for the last 3 years should be minimum 30% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide details of major contracts executed during the last three years, including annual turnover for the years 2023-2024, 2022-2023, and 2021-2022. The bidder is also required to furnish details of the biggest job carried out, along with a certificate from the owner in support of successful completion of the work. The bidder's available bid capacity should be greater than the cost put to tender, calculated as (2AN - B), where A is the maximum value of sum of all contracts executed in any one year during the last three years, B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works, and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works. The bidder should also have a solvency certificate of an amount up to 20% of the tendered estimated cost.
