The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of single project work of not less than 60% of the estimated cost during the last seven years. Additionally, the bidder should have completed similar type of work costing not less than 50% of the tender amount with good quality and workmanship in the past seven years. The bidder should also have experience in specific fields such as mechanized cement concrete lining, modern concrete technology, and underground drainage work in rocky areas. The bidder is required to provide details of their experience, including the amount and percentage of similar works completed. For example, the estimated cost of the work, tendered amount, date of award of contract, target date of completion, actual date of completion, and amount of work done during the last seven years and after March 2021. Specific values and percentages mentioned include 60% of the estimated cost and 50% of the tender amount. The bidder should also possess minimum experience of having completed or substantially completed at least one work of similar nature of 40% of the tender amount, either in Government or Semi-Government or Government Autonomous Body, as a main contractor in the period of the last seven years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are completed at least 90% of the original contract price on the date of submission of this tender and execution is satisfactory.
