The bidder should have experience of at least three Bridge construction wherein pre-stressed concrete super structure work has been carried out. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works with specific cost criteria. For similar works, the conditions are: - One Similar Works costing equal to or more than 80% of estimated amount put to tender = 3.95 Cr. - Two Similar Works costing equal to or more than 50% and less than 80% of estimated amount put to tender = 2.47 Cr. - At least three similar works costing equal to or more than 40% and less than 50% of the estimated amount put to tender, which is 1.98 Cr. - Alternatively, at least two similar works costing equal to or more than 50% and less than 80% of the estimated amount put to tender, which is 2.47 Cr. The cost of project for each work should be greater than a specified amount: - For Work No. 1 and Work No. 2, the cost of project should be > 1.98 Cr. or > 2.47 Cr. - For Work No. 3, the cost of project should be > 1.98 cr. The bidder should have prior work experience in similar bridge work, which includes construction of bridges for roads or railways, flyover bridges, or bridges on rivers or creeks. The bidder should have successfully carried out the execution of pile foundation, fabrication, and erection or launching of open web through girder, steel composite girder, bow string girder, or truss bridge type superstructure. The experience of the bidder in similar works is considered, and the value of completed works done by a member in an earlier JV firm shall be reckoned only to the extent of the concerned member's share in that JV firm. If the work executed by a partner/partners/member/members/shareholder/shareholders of the bidding entity as a partner/partners/member/members/shareholder/shareholders in another entity, the experience calculated will be [P1 x A1] x [P2], where: - P1: % partnership/shareholding of the partner/partners/member/members/shareholder/shareholders in another entity. - A1: Amount of similar work as defined above. - P2: % partnership/shareholding of the same partner/partners/member/members/shareholder/shareholders in the bidding entity. The bidder should also have a minimum of 25% partnership/shareholding in another entity to be considered for experience calculation and a minimum of 15 years' experience after completing a Bachelor's degree in similar type works of bridge construction at a responsible capacity. The bidder should submit a completion certificate, completion cost of the project, and completion cost after multiplying the enhancement factor for each similar work.
