The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of work of similar nature during the last 5 years. The experience requirements are as follows: - One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated tender cost, - Or two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated tender cost, - Or three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated tender cost. The estimated tender cost is Rs.3,51,80,162.80. Therefore, the required values are: - 80% of the estimated tender cost: Rs.2,81,44,130.24 - 50% of the estimated tender cost: Rs.1,75,90,081.40 - 40% of the estimated tender cost: Rs.1,40,72,065.12 Additionally, the bidder should have experience in the form of: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimate put to tender, - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimate put to tender, - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimate put to tender. The definition of similar works includes road resurfacing with sensor paver, widening of carriageway, and civil allied works such as footpath, central verge, road marking paints, signages, and traffic-related work. The bidder is also required to have specific personnel with certain years of experience, including: - Project Manager: 10 years of experience - Site Engineer: 5 years of experience - Plant Engineer: 3 years of experience - Quantity Surveyor: 3 years of experience - Soil and Material Engineer: 3 years of experience - Survey Engineer: 2 years of experience - Traffic Safety Supervisor: 2 years of experience - Safety Engineer: 2 years of experience
