The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar works, specifically bridge demolition works, with certain values and specifications. The bidder needs to have completed: * Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 5.00 Crore * Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 7.00 Crore * One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 10.00 Crore The bidder must have experience of demolition of at least one Bridge with Pre-Stressed Concrete Superstructure within 7 years ending on 31/03/2025. Additionally, the bidder should have experience of demolition of similar works in urban areas, specifically in dense populated areas. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as follows: * At least 90% completion of similar works * Contract value and billing amount to be submitted along with the application * Values of similar works completed: - 5.00 Cr. (for three similar completed works) - 7.00 Cr. (for two similar completed works) - 10.0 Cr. (for one similar completed work) The bidder's average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31/03/2025, should be at least 15.0 Crores. The bidder should also have a valid registration and a solvency certificate of Rs. 1.87 Crore from a nationalized or scheduled bank. The bidder's team should have experience, including: - Project Engineers / Supervisors with more than 10 years of experience - Experts from other disciplines with more than 10 years of experience - Project Manager with more than 10 years of experience in Bridges / Flyover Construction / Demolition The bidder should provide certificates from the issuing authority showing the percentage of work completed, and details of ongoing demolition of bridge works, including the name of the department/client, name of the work, type of foundation, type of superstructure, tendered amount, date of award of contract, target date of completion, and actual amount of work done till date.
