The entity claiming experience should have held a minimum of 26% equity in the company owning the Eligible Project and undertaken construction/maintenance for an amount equal to at least one half of the Project Cost. Only amounts actually received or work executed during the 5 financial years qualify for computing the Experience Score, with receipts of or work executed amount less than 5% of Bid Value not reckoned.
