INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply,testing and commissioning of single Phase 230 volt, 950 RPM ,50 Hz, evaporator type water cooled Air Cooler,pre painted steel body,with honeycomb cooling pad,aluminum fan having capacity of and water tank capacity 70 Ltr, capcity of air flow shall be 6000 CMH and product dimension 1220 x 620x 670 mm , auto louver swing with required knob complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing of high power, auto-swivel LED search light, long rang- 1000 meter, multi -functional ,2 x1000W multi-circuit LED, Efficacy > 140 Im/w, CCT 5500K, LM6 housing with heat sink, round in shape, dia >440mm, operating voltage: 230 v, 50hz, PF>0.95, THD<10%, CCT: 5500K, CRI > 70, Optics used - PMMA/PC lens, narrow bean 7 degree, average lux level at 10meter > 9000 with circle of approx. 1 meter, toughened clear glass with silicon gasket, over volt / under volt & short circuit protected, confirming to LM79, LM80, IK07, IP66, lux report , Type tested as per IS:10322, IS:15885, and B.I.S. certified. This search - light should be installed on rotating disc of revolving mechanism with suitable motor- gear unit designer to rotate 360 degree continuously over the night in horizontal Plane and tillable upto 45 degree. A separate wall mounted wire control panel (1 to 10rpm), Auto / manual , reverse / forward, up / down through the various push buttons for operation remotely . The revolving mechanism is fully covered with weather and rust proof die cast fiber box with maintenance window and side doors, provision of foundation holes at bottom for proper installation, all as specified and directed

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

M&L Construction of septic tank of 25 users as per Drg No CEAA/TD/78 including excavation earth work in soft/loose soil, PCC in foundation, walls of honey combed / solid brick masonry, RCC in slab and reinforcement, manhole cover, intercepting chamber, screening chamber, filtration material, , soil /vent pipes and fittings, RFR, removal of surplus soil complete all as specified as directed by Engr in Charge

M&L Construction of soakage well of size 1.80M dia x 3.00M deep as per Drg No CEAA/TD/80 .including excavation earth work in soft/loose soil, PCC in foundation, walls of honey combed / solid brick masonry, RCC in slab and reinforcement, filling of brick bats, manhole cover, intercepting chamber, screening chamber, filtration material, , soil /vent pipes and fittings, RFR, removal of surplus soil complete all as specified as directed by Engr in Charge

S&F 75mm dia DWC HDPE pipe of SN4 category conforming to IS 14930 Part I and II including accessories like snap fit coupler with neoprene 'O' ring complete all as specified and directed

S&F 38mm dia DWC HDPE pipe of SN4 category conforming to IS 14930 Part I and II including accessories like snap fit coupler with neoprene 'O' ring complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying connecting and testing for 100 mm bore of ductile iron spigot and socket end pipe class K-7 suitable for and including rubber gasket joints in standard working length conforming to IS-8329 lain in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Construction of valve chamber of size 90 x 90 x 120 cm size internal size including earth work, PCC foundation 1:4:8 of thickness 15cm under masonry in cement mortar 1:4 complete with MS angle Iron frame 40mm x 6 mm and MS cover 3.0mm thick with hinges and locking arrangements and holdfast including plastering of internal wall surfaces with cement mortar of 1:4 of thickness 10mm and coping on top of brick masonry with PCC 1:4 and 20 mm grade stone aggregate with thickness 7.5cm including painting of steel surfaces with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Single Pipe for RISER Water Supply Branch pipeline fixing done with Pipe Supporting Clamping System consists of Mono Bracket + U Bolt R/M System - Water Supply Down take single pipe 3/4" UPVC pipe running horizontally wall distance 2" Pipe Support Clamping made of : 1. Mono Bracket for 1 1/2" (40 mm) pipe having Wall Distance 3" made of Low Carbon Hot Roll Gauge Corrected (HRGC) Steel (IS 1079 DD); material size 48 mm x 3 mm with ribs and notch are Hot Dip Galvanzied + Zn Al Flake coated having Salt Spray Test (Test method - ASTM B-117-2019) result above 2000 hrs. 2. U bolt R/M are made of low carbon mild steel with Rod diameter 7 mm approx.; Zn Al Flake coated with noise absorbing semi transparent ribbed silicon rubber sleeve; with Hex Flange Nut BSW 5/16 x 18 x 8 x 13 with Serration set - Zn Al Flake coated. Hotdip Galvanizing: As per IS 2629 (1985) - 610 grams/m2 (> 85 microns). Material Grade : IS 1079 DD used as per MTC confirms to EN 10204 3.1. Material Qty. for one unit: 1. Mono Bracket for 3/4" pipe; Wall distance 2" - 1 Nos. 2. U Bolt R/M for 3/4" UPVC pipe Dia. - 1 nos and 3. Justi Khilla 2 1/2" - 2 nos. Fixing Details: Pipe Support Clamping Unit fixing to be done at every metre distance in the duct as specified in the Technical Drawing. Refer CE Airforce Gandhinagar Zone Technical Drawing no. CEAG/AG/TD/08R. Make : Shaivi or equivalent as approved by CE.
