M & L for cutting of existing 100/50 mm GI pipeline and inserting Tee 100x100x80mm and connecting 50 GI pipe with reducer all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Diesel engine driven generating set 40 KVA, 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts,1500 RPM, 50 Hz power supply with power factor 0.8 coupled directly to alternator mounted on a common base plate complete with integral acoustic enclosure having silent features such as modular bolted construction with fabrication on imported CNC torret punch machines, nine tank treatment process with pure polyester based powder coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions and for outdoor application/ installation, integrated design thereby facilitating /easy handling installation 86 shifting of the equipment at site. The design of integral acoustic enclosure should be any type approved by national Physical laboratory as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB-IV) latest norms/regulation with fuel tank, battery and standard accessories all as specified and as directed with the following specifications

M&L for provision of a layer of dry sand of 08cm depth for the purpose of cushioning before laying of cables and provision of sand to cover the cable with sand to depth of 15cm including gently punning down of the 15cm deep sand layer down to 10cm above the top of the upper most cable, all as per clause 19.75 of MES Schedule Part-I. Note:- Punned thickness of 18cm in lieu of 23cm unpunned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid for.

M & L for construction of new valve chamber in PCC solid block in PCC (1:4:8) type D5 built in cement mortar (1:4) with mild steel angle iron (45x45x6mm) frame including MS cover of 3mm thick and locking arrangement including excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, PCC (1:4:8) type D2 for foundation, 50mm thick PCC coping in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 plastering in CM (1:4) 15mm thick painting with one coat of bituminous black paint on all steel surfaces all as shown on Drg No CEAA/TD/57 sheet 1/1 for the 1050x750x1000mm internal sizes of all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(A) ENGINE :- Water cooled diesel engine of suitable capacity to match the 40 KVA alternator under NTP conditions with provision of 10% over load for 1 hour in every 12 hours running confirming to BS-5514. The Control Panel consists of the following parts: (a) S0500 Controller (b) Aluminium Bas Bars with suitable capacity within/ outgoing terminals (c) Indicating Lamps for load On "and 'Set Running' (d) MCCB of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protections. (B) Genset Controller:- Control is a microprocessor based generator set monitoring and control system. The control provides a simple operator interface to the generator set, manual and remote start / stop control, shutdown fault indication, and an LCD hour counter. The integration of all factions into a single control system provides enhanced reliability and performance compared to conventional generator set control system. The control has been designed and tested to meet harsh environment in which gen sets are typically applied. Features, Functions, Protections:- (i) 16 character x 2 line alphanumeric LCD display with LED backlight (ii) Operator interface (iii) Provide a record of most recent fault conditions. Fault history stored in the control non volatile memory iv) Provide alternator data -Voltage (line to line and line to neutral voltage)-current (1 ph or 3 ph)-KVA(3ph and total) - Frequency (v) Provide Engine data - Starting battery voltage- Engine running hours - Engine Temp. -Engine oil pressure (vi) Control includes provision for service adjustment and calibration of DG control functions - Voltage, frequency selection-Configurable input and output set up-Meter calibration (vii) Engine Control :- (a) Power start operates on 12 VDC batteries. (b) Auto start mode accepts a ground signal from remote devices to automatically start the DG set. The remote start will also make up the control system from sleep mode. (c) Engine Starting - The control system supports automatic engine starting, primary and backup start disconnects are achieved by battery charging alternator feedback or main alternator output frequency. (d) Controller provide configurable time delay of 0-300 sec to start after remote start signal and time delay of 0-600 secs prior to shut down after stop signal. (e) Sleep mode increase battery life. Configurable current setting from low to minimize current draw when gen set is not working. (viii) Engine protective Functions includes. (a) Configurable alarm output. (b) Emergency stop: Annunciated whenever an emergency stop signal is received by the control. (c) Low lube oil pressure warning and shutdown (d) High engine water temperature warning / shutdown. (e) Low coolant temp warning. (f) Sensor failure indication. (g) Low and high battery voltage warning. (h) Weak battery warning. (j) Fail to start shut down. (k) Cranking lockout: Control will not allow the starter to engage or to crank the running engine. (l) Cyclic cranking: Configurable for the number of starting cycle (1 to 7) and duration of crank and rest periods. Supply, install, testing and commissioning of AMF Panel Outdoor type suitable for 40 KVA DG Set factory made out of CRCA Steel 3.15 mm thick Sheet floor mounted type and front operated type, totally enclosed dust, damp and vermin proof, all doors and joints will be suitable gasket to form dust and vermin proof. The panel would be powder coated min thickness of 50 microns, stove enameled paint finished after elaborate pretreatment to form a long lasting characteristic. M & L for construction of platform of size 4mtrX2mtrX1.5mtr for DG Set including excavation and earthwork 4x2x1m, Soiling 4x2x0.10m using stone boulders, Hard Core 4x2x0.80m with stone aggregates of gauge 15mm, cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C2 (40 mm graded aggregate foundation 4x2x0.1m , PCC 1:3:6 Block masonry 0.2m wide, 0.4m in height all around the platform and RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm aggregate) 4x2x0.1m in size with top finished even and smooth using extra cement, Rendering 500mm high sides of the platform with 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4, complete. The platform shall be 0.5 mtr above the ground level and 1.0 mtr below ground level complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and laying DWCPE (SN8) drain pipes 150mm nominal dia conforming to latest IS, laid in trenches and / or on bed to required slope, including all accessories/fittings/jointing ring, jointing and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make: Rex Polyextrusion Limited/Dura Line/Alom Poly Extrusion Ltd/Jain Irrigation/Kamboj Polythene Ltd Ludhiana/Aspra Industries Delhi or equivalent as approved by GE.
