PEG TABLE (FD-384). DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 450mm long, 300mm wide and 380mm high. DESCRIPTION: Legs shall be of teak wood of section 30mm x 50mm. The legs shall be 362mm high. 5mm x 5mm in section groove shall be provided on the top of legs which shall be visible when placed in position.Two nos top rails of section 20mm x 40mm of teak wood shall be provided connecting legs.Two bottom rails of size 20mm x 40mm shall be fixed between the legs. A centre stiffeners of size 20 x 40mm shall be provided at centre of side bottom rails for extra support irrespective of what is shown on drg. Top of table shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of approved shade. 4mm thick teak wood beading shall be provided alround the top edges of table. FINISH: All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high lacquer finish. Rest all as per drg.

TABLE CENTRE (TWO TIER) (FD-274). DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 900mm long, 450mm wide and 400mm high. DESCRIPTION: All wood shall be of teak wood. Top of the table shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the edges of top. Legs shall be made out of 60mm x 30mm in section teak wood and 356mm high. Bottom rail of teak wood of 20mm x 50mm in section and 420mm long shall be provided between legs, widthwise at 100mm above the bottom of legs. The bottom tier shall be fixed on the top of bottom side rails with 50mm long screwss.The bottom tier shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the edges of both the tops. 25mm dia hard rubber/ PVC rings shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs fixed with 30mm long screws. FINISH: All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drg.

FORM WITH BACK (FD-78 (M)). DIMENSION: Overall size shall be of 1800 X 510 X 900MM. DESCRIPTION: wooden seat shall be of teak wood in one piece and of size 1800mm long 255mm wide and 25mm thick bolted to frame with 3mm dia GI nut bolt and washers. Steel frame shall be 1500mm long in such a way that teak wood seat shall project 150mm from frame on each side. Back rest shall be of teak wood and 1800mm long,150mm wide and 19mm thick .The back rest shall be 1800mm long the width is 300mm at bottom and 255mm at top of wooden plank. Legs shall be 25mm MS tube of wall thickness 1.6mm. Steel frame shall be provided with 25mm square MS tube 16 gauge. All Dimensions, shape and size shall be followed as per drg. FINISH: All wooden expose surfaces shall be french polished two coats after preparation of surfaces and steel portion shall be painted with synthetic enamel black paint.

RECEPTACLE PVC SMALL (FD/E6/MAP/13) DIMENSION/ CAPACITY: The receptacle shall be of capacity 20 Liters. DESCRIPTION: The body of receptacle PVC shall be made up of thick polymer plastic of thickness not less than 2.5mm, provided with swivel lid and iron handles on both sides as shown in drg. Make-Cello, TUPPERWARE or AMKO equivalent as shown in drg."

TABLE 3 x '2' WITH DRAWER (FD-283). DIMENSION: Over all size shall be 900mm long, 600mm wide and 760mm high. DESCRIPTION: All wood incorporated shall be well seasoned hard wood (teak). Legs shall be 60mm x 30mm in section through out and 741mm high four in numbers joined togrther in front, back and sides with top tails of 20mm x 110mm in section providd flush with top of legs. The hand side protion, viewing from front shall have dawers of 300mm wide, 25mm x 40mm in section teak wood stiffner on one side and 20mm x 30mm in setion teak wood fillet on the on the other side of drawer shall be provide as shown on drg. Track rails, 25mm x 25mm in section on one side and 30mm x 25mm in section on thier side of drawers having rebate for guide rails as 12mm x 12mm in section shall be provided all as shown on Drg. The sides and back of drawer shall be of 12mm thick and 110mm high teak wood planks. The front of drawers shall of 20mm x 110mm in section teak wood plank. The bottom of darwers shall be of 6mm thick commericial plywood. Two bottoms rails. one oneach short side shall be provided of 20mm x 60mm in section teak wood joining legs in short sides 5mm x 5mm in section grooves shall be provided at the top of legs to the portion visible to view in placed in position. Top of the table shall be fixed made up of 18mm thick plywood BWR grade of Make: Archid ply/ Greenply/ Centruy ply and laminated sheet of Make: Archid Ply/ Green Ply/ Century Ply of approved shade by Engg-in-Charge with 4mm thick teak wood bidding of semi round shape all round the top of table. The top of table shall be flushed with legs and there shall be no projection on any sides. FINISH: All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two roats of melamine with approved colour/ shade as directed after preparation of surfaces. Rest all as shown on drg and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

BATH MAT PVC (FD/E6/MAP/07). DIMENSION: The size of the bath mat shall be 400mm L x 300mm W x 250mm H. DESCRIPTION: The Bath Mat PVC shall be made up of 5mm thick PPCP material. The bath mat shall have centre leg of dia 25mm.The four legs shall be in arc shape and of size 10mm x 100mm. The top of the bath mat shall have 3mm x 10mm thick stiffener moulded along with the seat in single piece underneath. The weight of the bath mat shall not be less than 1.3 kgs. TABLE WRITING (FD-275). DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 900mm long, 600mm wide and 760mm high. DESCRIPTION: All wood shall be of first class hard teak wood except top and right hand side drawer cabinet. Legs shall be of 35mm x 55mm in section and 717mm high having 5mm x 5mm in section groove at the top of legs at the portion when placed in position. The top shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of approved shade and the edges shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading. Two short stiffeners of teak wood of size 50mm x 40mm in section irrespective of what is shown on drg shall be provided between legs at 100mm from bottom of legs. Sides of the box which house the drawer and cabinet shall be 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. Sides and back of drawers shall be of 12mm thick teak wood planks. Bottom of drawers shall be of 6mm thick plywood commercial. 6mm thick plywood commercial 75mm high partition shall be provided in the drawer. Shutter for cabinet shall be fixed with piano type continuous hinges. Lock shall be provided to drawer and shutters. Recessed handle shall be provided to drawer and shutter. 25mm dia and 25mm high rubber shoes shall be fixed to bottom of legs. FINISH: All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drg.

TEAPOY (FD-382). DIMENSION: The overall size shall be 600mm long, 450mm wide and 540mm high. DESCRIPTION: The legs shall be 60mm x 30mm in section and 497mm high and shall be of teak wood. 5mm x 5mm in section groove shall be provided at the visible portion of top of legs. Top rails of teak wood of 20mm x 50mm in section and 510mm long shall be provided between the legs. Bottom rail of teak wood of 20mm x 50mm in section and 420mm long shall be provided between legs, widthwise at 100mm above the bottom of legs. A centre rail of size 20mm x 50mm shall also be provided lengthwise at centre in between the side bottom rails irrespective of what is shown on drg. 25mm thick and 25mm dia hard rubber/ PVC rings shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs fixed with 30mm long screws. Top of the table shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board exterior grade of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the edges of top. FINISH: All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drg.

SOFA SINGLE SEATER (FD-373). DIMENSION: Overall size of one Seat shall be 670mm long and 745mm wide and 530mm high up to arm rest level. DESCRIPTION: The sofa set single seater shall consist of one single seats. All wood shall be of first class teak wood (MP). Legs of sofa set shall be 70mm x 35mm in section teak wood. Front legs shall be jointed by 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rail in front. Front and rear legs shall be joined with 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rails in sides. 100mm thick seat cushion and back cushions shall be of size 530mm x 560mm (one numbers in seat and one numbers in the back). The cushion shall be of cool foam or any other superior quality foam of 40 density as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Cushion shall be covered with approved color tapestry cloth (approved by GE, not less than Rs.300/ meter) or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. FINISH: All wood surface exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with lacquer finish rest. Rest all as per drg.

The bottom tier shall be fixed on the top of bottom side rails with 50mm long screws. The bottom tier shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the edges of both the tops. 25mm dia hard rubber/ PVC rings shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs fixed with 30mm long screws. FINISH: All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish Rest all as per drg.

TABLE DRESSING GENTS WITH MIRROR (FD/E6/MAP/16). DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 1200mm long, 600mm wide and 100mm high . DESCRIPTION: (a) All wood to be used shall be 1st class hard teak wood. (b) It shall be made up of BWR plywood of grade-A of specified thickness as per drg in lieu of prelaminated particle board. (c) 1mm thick laminated sheet shall be pasted on all exterior surfaces with marine grade adhesive including 6mm thick teak wood beadings shall be provided alround the edges of shutters and drawers. (d) Loooking mirror shall be 5mm thick fixed inside the teak wood frame made out of 38mm x 25mm section. (e) 03 x glass shelves of 5mm thickness shall be fixed inside the boxwith glass holders as shown in drg. Rest all specification and dimension are as per drg.

HAT STAND WITH MIRROR LARGE (FD-362). DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 1330mm long, 710mm high. DESCRIPTION: The inner frame shall be of 50mm x 20mm teak wood battens six in nos. The back and front of frame shall be covered with 6mm thick commercial ply. The edges of the frame shall be covered with 6mm x 35mm teak wood edging fixed alround the frame with headless nails and adhesive. Six brass pegs 120mm long shall be fixed over the wooden membrane with brass screws as shown in drg. 5mm thick looking mirror of (saint gobian, Modiguard/ Atul) shall be provided as shown on drg with beading alround. Mild steel key plate shall be provided at both top corners of the hat stand. FINISH: All teak wood surfaces shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer finish. All steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer. Rest all as per drgs

BOOK CASE OPEN SMALL (FD-355). Overall size shall be 1230mm long, 300mm wide and 760mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak (MP). The legs shall be made to shape out of 50mm x 100mm teak wood. The legs shall be 100mm high. The two long rails of 50mm x 50mm in section and 1230mm long shall be provided for support of body of book case. The two long rails shall be joined with 25mm x 50mm stiffeners at 150mm from each end joining the long rails. 19mm thick particle board commercial shall be provided at bottom, top, sides shelves and vertical partitions. The back shall be of 6mm thick ply wood commercial. The top, shelves, bottom and vertical partitions shall have 1.5mm plastic laminated sheet fixed over the particle board. The vertical partition shall have plastic laminated sheet on both sides. The shelves shall have plastic laminated sheet on top only. The top and bottom of book case shall have plastic laminated sheet on top only. The under side of top, shelves and bottom shall be painted with two coats of white paint over one coat of primer after preparation of surfaces. The sides shall have plastic laminated sheet on both sides. The fornt edges of sides, shelves, vertical partition and top shall be covered with 3mm thick teak wood edging. All wood and plywood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish. The places where plastic laminated sheet exists shal remain untreated.

CHAIR DINING WITH LONG BACK (FD-357). Overall size shall be 450mm wide at bottom of legs level and 455mm deep and 1200mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak (MP). Front two legs shall be of 25mm x 50mm in section and 450mm high. The rear legs shall be out of 65mm x 50mm made to shape as shown on drawing. The front and rear legs at seat level shall be joined by 40mm x 20mm in section side rails provided joining front and rear legs. The bottom of side stiffeners shall be 100mm above the bottom of legs. A middle stiffener of 25mm x 40mm in section joining the side stiffeners in the middle shall be provided as shown on drawing. For seat cushion, a frame shall be made with 75mm x 20mm in section front and rear wooden horizontal rails joined by 40mm x 20mm in section wooden side rails. 70mm x 10mm batten shall be provided in the middle. 45mm x 10mm batten shall be provided with three equal gaps as shown on drawing. 50mm thick, 32 density foam shall be provided to the chair which shall be covered with leatherised Rexene of best quality as approved by GE. At the back rest the shape of legs shall be as shown on drawing. Rails of 45mm x 25mm in section shall be 40mm apart from legs and joined by 10mm dia teak wood in vertical (two in numbers) and 12mm dia teak wood in horizontal (four in numbers). Back shall have vertical battens 20mm x 25mm in section. 50mm thick synthetic foam of 32 densit covered with leatherised rexene made to shape as shown on drawing shall be fixed over 10mm thick plywood commercial. all wood surfaces exposed, to view when placed in position shall be French polished with lacquer finish as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

CHAIR EASY CUSHIONED (FD-358). DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 510mm long, 545mm wide and 710mm high. DESCRIPTION: Timber shall be seasoned teak wood (MP) Ist Quality. Front legs shall be of size 70mm x 25mm in section 520mm high and rear legs shall be of section 70mm x 25mm in section slanting 185mm horizontally in the height of 490mm. The front and rear rails shall be provided below the seat joining front legs and rear legs. Front legs shall be 510mm apart and rear legs shall be 480mm apart. The top of front legs shall have wooden arms rest of 65mm x 25mm in section and 610mm madfe to shape as shown on drg. The legs shall be joined by side rails 70mm x 25mm in section teak wood. The bottom frame of seat shall be of 55mm x 20mm in section over which 3/4mm thick plywood commercial shall be fixed. 75mm thick foam cushion of 32 density with upholster with leathersied rexine of approved shade and texture as directed by BSO/ GE. Hard rubber/ PVC shoes of 25mm dia 25mm high shall be provided to the bottom of legs with screws. FINISH: All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine after preparation of surfaces.

CHAIR WRITING (FD-280). DIMENSION: The overall size of the chair shall approx be 950mm high, 500mm wide. DESCRIPTION: It shall be of trade pattern and of one make and model as described.The size/ dimensions of the chair shall meet the overall specification as described. The frame of the chair shall be of MS tubular frame powder coated, cantilever type of size 25mm x 10mm in section. Back form shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort.120mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping alround shall be provided at seat and back. Arm rest shall be of black integral skin poly urethane with shore “A” hardness and reinforced with MS insert. It shall be scratch and wheather resistant. Both hand rest section shall have inner and outer dia of 210mm and 230mm respectively and have slope towards front. FINISH: Pre treated with epoxy powder caoted oven baked with ivory white colour/white/warm grey. Chair writing. HOT CASE SMALL (FD-353). DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 900mm long, 540mm wide and 840mm high. DESCRIPTION: Top shall be provided 20mm thick polished marble stone slab.The whole structure shall be made of 18mm thick pre-laminated MDF board. The base shall be made of teak wood with size of legs as 45mm x 45mm at top and 30mm x 30mm at bottom with side stifeners of size 40 x 19mm. The top portion shall have be provided with teak wood frame made of 75mm x 19mm battens frame as shown in drg. The bootom of top frame shall be provided with asbestos sheet plain. The two shelves fitted inside the hot case shall be made of 4mm dia wire mesh welded to 12 x 3mm flat iron frame as shown. The inner sides/ shutters including top and bottom of hot case shall be fitted with aluminium sheet lining alround. The shutters shall be fixed with aluminium hinges and each shutter shall be provided with 35mm dia knob or chrome plated 100mm long handles. Timber shall be seasoned teak wood Ist Quality knot free. All Dimensions, shape and size shall be followed as per drg. All joints, fixing shall be done in accordance with standard specifications. Rest all as shown on drg. FINISH: All wooden expose surfaces shall be french polished two coats after preparation of surfaces.

MAGZINE RACK MEDIUM (FD-365). DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 1200mm long, 800mm high and 100mm wide or deep. DESCRIPTION: Back shall be of 12mm thick MDF board. The vertical partitions (05 in nos) shall also be of 12mm thick MDF board. The horizontal rails of teak wood 10mm thick and 50mm wide (04 in nos) shall be fixed on back as shown on drg. The 16 equal partitions made so far shall be provided with acrylic transparent persepex sheet 3mm thick in slanting in 5mm groove made in vertical paritions. The top left and right back shall be provided with a key plate for hanging purpose. The all edges of MDF board shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading. FINISH: All wood and teak veneer surfaces shall be french polished with high gloss finish.

NOTICE BOARD (FD-366). DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 900mm long 75mm deep and 600mm high. DESCRIPTION: 25mm x 75mm Teak wood frame with 6mm Thick MDF edging all-round shall be provided as shown on drawing, 19mm thick soft wood board shall be fixed in side the frame over which best quality green baize cloth shall be fixed as shown on drawing. On front side 22mm x 10mm aluminum channel shall be provided in side of particle board frame to house 4mm thick glass shutter. Rest all as per drg. FINISH: All wooden expose surfaces shall be french polished two coats after preparation of surfaces. All Dimensions, shape and size shall be followed as per drg. All joints, fixing shall be done in accordance with standard specifications. Rest all as shown on drg.

SAFE MEAT AND MILK (SMALL) (FD-369). DIMENSION: The over all size shall be 900 x 540 x 840mm. DESCRIPTION: Timber shall be 1st class HW teak. Top shall be 25mm thick polished marble stone slab. The Back/ bottom of the safe meat and milk shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board. The sides and front shutters frame shall be made of 50mm x 19mm wooden rails. Two wooden rails of size 19mm x 75mm shall also be fixed over the back and sides below the top as shown in drg. The horizontal partition inside the safe shall be made of 50 x 19mm battens fixed over two side 19 x 12mm bearer and two centre stiffeners of size 19 x 75mm. The sides and front shutters shall be provided with wire mesh 20 gauge fixed from inside with beading. The edges of MDF board shall be covered with teak wood beading. The base shall be made of teak wood with size of legs at top as 45mm x 45mm and at bottom 30mm x 30mm and 100mm high. The rails of base shall be of size 40mm x 19mm. Two knobs 35mm dia shall be fixed on shutters and one hassp and staple 75mm shall be fixed on shutter with screws. FINISH: All wooden surfaces shall be finished with two of synthetic enamel white paint over one coat of wooden primer after preparation of surfaces. Rest all as per drg.

SOFA SET 5 SEATER SUPERIOR SPECIFICATION (FD-373). Overall size of three seat piece shall be 1730mm long, 745mm wide and 530mm high up to arm rest level. Overall size of one piece shall be 670mm long and 745mm wide and 530mm high up to arm rest level. The sofa set to seat five shall consist of one large three seat piece and two small one seat pieces. All wood shall be of first class teak wood (MP) legs of sofa set shall be 70mm x 35mm in section teak wood. Front legs shall be jointed by 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rail in front. Front and rear legs shall be joined with 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rails in sides. The top of front rail and side rails shall be 300mm from bottom of legs. Three wooden bearers of 40mm x 40mm in section shall be provided below the seat to support wood battens of 50mm x 20mm in section. 21 numbers wooden battens shall be provided for the seat of large three seat set and 7 numbers wooden battens shall be provided to the set of one seat set. Arm rests shall be made to shape of size 70mm x 35mm in section teak wood. Back rest shall be made as frame of 70mm x 35mm in section wooden horizontal at bottom and top and vertical sides slanting as 560mm, 14 numbers battens of teak wood shall be provided for the long seat and four numbers of battens shall be provided for one seat in the wooden frame of back rest. 30mm x 50mm in section wooden rail to support back frame shall be provided joining the rear legs, 100mm thick seat cushion and back cushions shall be of size 530mm x 560mm (three numbers in seat and three numbers in the back for the large seat). In one seat sofa chair the cushion shall be one in back and one in seat of size 530mm x 560mm. The cushion shall be of cool foam or any other superior quality foam of 32 density as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Cushion shall be covered with approved color tapestry cloth or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.All wood surface exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with lacquer finish rest. Rest all as per drg.

STOOL DRESSING (MODULAR UNIT) (FD-374). Overall size shall be 380mm wide and 380mm high. Top sides and back shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle bd/18mm thick MDF bd. Front side shall remain open and bottom shall be recessed at 20mm thick MDF bd. Front side shall remain open and bottom shall be recessed at 20mm from front side and shall be of pre-laminated particle board and shall be 50mm from bottom. Front edges shall be provided with 4mm thick teak wood edging. At sides and back joints 17mm x 17mm teak wood beading shall be provided as shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

TABLE DINING 8 PERSONS (FD/MAP-II/03). DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 1800mm long, 900mm wide and 750mm high. DESCRIPTION: All wood shall be of first class teak wood (MP). The top shall be of prelaminated MDF board of 18/19mm thick with 4mm thick teak wood beading alround the edges of the top fixed with headless nails and adhesive on long sides only. Four legs shall be 90mm x 45mm in section and 750mm high. Legs shall be joined by 45mm x 90mm teak wood rails in long and short sides at top in such a way that top of legs and top of rails shall be at one level. 25mm X 45mm teak wood wooden member of size 900mm long shall also be provided as shown in drg. Two stiffeners of 90mm x 25mm in section shall be fixed equally spaced joining the long rails with dove tailed joints. Four wooden brackets/ corners of size 100mm x 100mm x 35mm thick shall also be provided over 150mm x 30mm x 5mm angle iron bracket. 25mm x 25mm PVC shoes shall be provided at the bottom of the table. Rest all as per drgs. FINISH: All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall given high gloss French polish with lacquer finish.

TABLE COOK HOUSE WITH ANODIZED ALUMINIUM TOP (FD-377). All as shown drawing. Over all size sahll be 900mm long, 540mm wide and 840mm high. All wood shall be of 1st class hard wood teak (MP). Legs shall be out of 50mm x 50mm section. Legs shall be 50mm x 50mm at top and 40mm x 40mm in section at bottom. 25mm x 75mm top rails shall be provided between legs connecting legs. 25mm x 40mm in section cross braces shall be provided in the middle of top rails. connecting sides and long rails. Two stiffeners 25mm x 40mm in section shall be provided at bottom connecting short sides of legs. One long stiffners of section 25mm x 40mm shall be provided at bottom in the middle of short stiffners. Top of table cook shall of 25mm thick pre-cast terrazzo slab finished with white cement and suitablely reinforced as directed by GE. All wood position shall be French polished with high gloss finish (Preferably lacquer finish).

TABLE DRESSING LADIES INCLUDING STOOL (FD/MAP-II/07). DIMENSION: The overall size of the table dressing shall be 1150mm long, 380mm wide and 1700mm high. DESCRIPTION:- The sides, top, back and front of the base unit shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board. The bottom of the side units shall be of 12mm thick commercial plywood. The sides and back drawers shall be of 12mm thick prelaminated MDF, bottom of the drawers shall be of 6mm thick commercial ply whereas the front of the drawers shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board. 5mm thick electro copper plated mirror shall be fixed over 6mm thick plywood back. The plywood shall be fixed on two vertical hardwood member of size 45mm x 35mm one horizontal support of size 30mm x 20mm shall be provided in between two vertical members. The Overall size of the stool shall be 440mm long 350mm wide and 425mm high. The four sides shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF. The top of the stool shall be of 12mm thick plywood openable as shown in drg. Four heavy duty revolving nylon double wheels shall be provided at base below the 6mm base ply fixed over wooden runner 20mm x 20mm. The seat of the stool shall be 75mm high ,made of foam 40 density covered with tapestry cloth as approved by Engr-In-charge/ GE. Rest all as per drg. Overall size shall be 900mm long, 380mm wide and 1700mm high (height is the mirror). FINISH: All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall given high gloss French polish with lacquer finish. Rest all as per drgs

TABLE CARD (FD-352). DIMENSION:-Overall size shall be 900mm long, 900mm wide and 760mm high. DESCRIPTION:- Overall size shall be 900mm long, 900mm wide and 760mm high. All wood shall be of teak wood of first class quality (MP teak). Four legs shall be 55mm x 35mm in section and 741mm high joined together with teak wood plank of 20mm x 100mm in section except 345mm width of drawer. where teak wood plank shall be of 20mm x 40mm. Four stiffeners of 20mm x 100mm in section 441mm long shall be provided with the sides of drawers making four equal spaces to have four drawers of 300mm x 300mm (internal width). On one side of the drawers 20mm x 60mm in section 349mm long fillets shall be provided to fill the gap where wooden leg is 55mm wide. 25mm x 25mm in section 349mm long teak wood fillet shall be provided at the bottom side of 20mm x100mm fornt plank flushing the bottom edge with bottom of fillet on bots sides of drawers. Track rails flushing with top edge of drawer shall be provided on both sides of the drawers which shall be of 25mm x 25mm in section and 349mm long having a rebate of of 12mm x 12mm in section for the guide rails. Sides, back of drawer shall be of 19mm thick teak wood plank 60mm high. Sides shall be 349mm long and back shall be 324mm long. The bottom of drawer shall be of 6mm thick ply wood commercial and provided to have the drawer spaces as 300mm x 300mm x 40mm. Front teak wood plank of drawer shall be of 20mm x 60mm in section and 399mm long. 5mm x 5mm in section groove shall be provided on visible portion of top of legs when placed in position. Top shall be of 18mm thick plain MDF board over which best quality green Baize cloth shall be fixed turned downwards to cover the top edges and again turned inside up to 15mm. Teak wood edging, 4mm thick and 19mm wide, shall be provided al-round the top of the table. Eight corners of flat iron 25mm x 3mm and 200mm long bent to right angle shall be screwed to the joints of legs and front panels. Where drawers are provided, the flat iron angles shall be housed in top and in legs by making rebate so that no hindrance shall be caused to smooth running of drawers. FINISH:- All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish preferably lacquer finish.

CHAIR FOR TABLE CARD (FD-353). Overall size shall be 440mm long, 430mm wide and 890mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak (mp). Front legs shall be of 30mm x 55mm in section form bottom to top of legs and 460mm high up to seat level. Rear two legs shall be of 30mm x 55mm in section from bottom to top of legs and top rounded as shown on drawing. The legs at seat level shall be joined together with 30mm x 65mm in section front, sides and rear rails made to shape as shown on drawing. The rails shall inserted in the groove of legs by 15mm. Two sides stiffeners 25mm x 20mm in section shall be provided at 100mm high from bottom of legs joining front and rear legs in the sides. One stiffener of 25mm x 20mm section shall be provided in the middle of short stiffeners joining short stiffeners. Two horizontal back rests 45mm x 15mm in section, one at 25mm from top of legs and other at 45mm from botom of the top horizontal rails shall be provided out of 45mm x 35mm wood made slightly in curved shape. Caning shall be done with 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick cane of shah or premier brand cane weighing not less than 6gms per ten running metre. The weaving shall be done Godrej pattern. Hard rubber/ PVC rings 25mm dia and 25mm high shall be screwed to the bottom of all legs. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish.

CHAIR DINING (FD/MAP-II/05). Overall size shall be 440mm long, 440mm wide and 890mm high. Front legs shall be of teak wood and 35mm x 55mm in section and 460mm high. Rear legs shall be of teak wood 35mm x 55mm in section and 890mm high. Front legs shall be joined withrear legs by teak wood seat frame which shall be of 30mm x 55mm in section and made to shape as shown on drawing. 20mm x 200 teak wood stiffeners shall be provided on sides joining front and rear legs at 100mm from bottom of seat frame. Two back rails of teak wood 20mm x 45mm in section made to shape out of 30mm x 45mm teak wood shall be provided between the rear legs as back rest. The top shall be of prelaminated MDF board of 18/19mm thick with 4mm thick teak wood beading alround the edges of the top fixed with headless nails and adhesive on long sides only. Four legs shall be 90mm x 45mm in section and 750mm high. Legs shall be joined by 45mm x 90mm teak wood rails in long and short sides at top in such a way that top of legs and top of rails shall be at one level. 25mm x 45mm teak wood wooden member of size 900mm long shall also be provided as shown in drg. Two stiffeners of 90mm x 25mm in section shall be fixed equally spaced joining the long rails with dove tailed joints. TABLE COOK HOUSE (FD-297). All as shown drawing . Over all size sahll be 900mm long, 540mm wide and 840mm high. All wood shall be of 1st class hard wood teak (MP). Legs shall be out of 50mm x 50mm section. Legs shall be 50mm x 50mm at top and 40mm x 40mm in section at bottom. 25mm x 75mm top rails shall be provided between legs connecting legs. 25mm x 40mm in section cross braces shall be provided in the middle of top rails. connecting sides and long rails. Two stiffeners 25mm x 40mm in section shall be provided at bottom connecting short sides of legs. One long stiffners of section 25mm x 40mm shall be provided at bottom in the middle of short stiffners Top of table cook shall of 25mm thick pre-cast terrazzo slab finished with white cement and suitably reinforced as directed by GE. All wood position shall be French polished with high gloss finish (Preferably lacquer finish).

SIDE BOARD SMALL (FD-1112). Overall size shall be 1025mm long, 450mm wide and 750mm high. Back shall be 1025mm long and 750mm high pre-laminated particle bd 19mm thick/ 18mm MDF, Sides shall be 450mm wide and 675mm high pre-laminated particle board 19mm thick/ 18mm thick MDF. Base shall be of 75mm high 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board /18mm thick MDF fixed at 25mm from front and sides. Top and bottom shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board/ 18mm thick MDF. A veticle partition of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board / 18mm thick MDF shall be provided at 358mm from inside of right hand side pre-laminated particle board/ 18mm thick MDF. Four drawers shall be provided equally in this space. Three pieces of particle board 40mm x 19mm and 358mm long shall be provided over the lower three drawers. Bottom, sides back of drawers shall be of 19mm thick particle board. The front of drawers shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board/ 18mm thick MDF 20mm x 20mm teak wood bearers fixed exactly in centre of both sides of the drawers shall be provided to each drawer. Another 20mm x 20mm teak wood bearer shall be fixed to the vertical of the side board in such a way the the bearers fixed with the sides of the drawer shall slide over smoothly. On left side compartment two horizontal shelves, equally spaced shall provided as shown on drawing. The size of shelves shall be 610mm long, and 387 mm wide. Two side hung shutters shall be provided to left hand side of side board. the shutters shall be side hung with 20mm size piano type hinges. The shutters shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board/ 18mm thick MDF. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided alround the front shutters and front of shelves. Shelvesh shall be fixed over the standard aluminium shelf support. ON all visible front edges of pre-laminated particle board/ MDF board shall be provided with 4mm thick teak wood edging. All drawers and shutters shall be provided with one handle each of powder coated mild steel and 100mm long. Two catch spring shall be provided to shutters as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer finish.

SCH 'A' PART-II (STEEL FURNITURE)

ALMIRAH LARGE (STEEL) (FD-1031) Over all size shall be 920mm long, 485mm wide and 1985mm high when measured from outside. Bottom shall be of two mild steel sheet channel base of 70mm wide and 100mm high and of 1.6mm thick sheet with open ends bent outwards up to 15mm. The ends of channels shall be covered with 70mm x 100mm mild steel sheet of 1mm thick. The channels shall be welded to bottom of almirah at 50mm from sides of almirah. Top, bottom, sides. back and shelves shall be made of 1.25mm thick mild steel sheet. Four shelves shall be provided to make five equal compartments. The shelves shall be bent to 25mm on sides, back and in front and further bent inwards up to 10mm in front sides of shelves. The shelves shall be 450mm in depth. The front shutters shall be of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet fix ed to sides with 75mm long butt hinges six in numbers (three to each shutter) fixed in sides of front shutters as shown on drawing. The front shutters, two in numbers, shall have one stud for each shutter made to shape out of 120mm wide mild steel sheet of 1.6mm thick welded in side of front shutter in the middle of shutter up to full height of front shutter. One steel handle 100mm long chromium plated with three way locking device shall be provided as directed by Engineer-in-charge. A key hole with brass lock of 50mm, four lever, fixed inside the front shutter shall be provided as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All steel surfaces, (except lock and handle), All CRCA members shall be pre-treated with powder coating 70 microns by 7 tank, Process and oven Dried internally & externally with the following specification.(i) Dry film thickness more than 45 microns (ii) Salt spray test to with stand as per standards (iii) Adhesion as per standards. (iv) pencil scracth hardness as per standards.

CHAIR CBA STEEL WITH ARMS (FD-75 (M)) DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 535mm wide, 560mm deep and 900mm high. DESCRIPTION: Seat shall be 455mm high from floor. Conduit pipe used for frame shall be 20mm dia steel tubing having wall thickness 1.6mm Welding of frame where required shall be as directed by GE/ BSO and in running welding grinded to give smooth surface. The seat and back frame of the chair shall be made up of quality sheesham wood in natural polish with polythene cane in godrej pattern confirming to IS-5378:94 (Type-I) of durable quality. The wooden seat frame shall be further supported by steel strips measuring 19mm x 3mm at the front and the rear and each strip shall be welded to ERW frame. The seat and back shall be fixed by providing suitable nut bolts and washers. The arms shall be of PPCP material in lieu of wooden and shall be fixed with screws from beneath. Weaving of cane shall be done with premier or shah brand plastic cane in godrej pattern. Cane shall be 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick, Gola type weighing not less than 6 gms/10 RM. Bottom of legs shall have hard rubber shoes. FINISH: All iron surfaces exposed to direct view shall be painted with two coats of enamel grey paint over one coat of primer after preparation of steel surfaces. Painting shall be done with spray machine to achieve smooth surfaces.

ALMIRAH MED STEEL WITH SHELVES (FD-1032). Overall size shall be 760mm (L) x 440mm (W) x 1270 mm (H). The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel base welded to bottom of almirah and shall be 100mm high. Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick for channels base. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 760mm lenght and shall be upto full width of 440mm of almirah.Top, sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mildsteel sheet. Three shelves equaly spaced making four compartments shall be provided and shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. front Shutters shall have two leaves. A steel chromium plated handle shall be provided to the shutter, handle shall be 100mm long. A three way locking device shall be provided to front shutters Each leaf of front shutter shall be hinged with two numbers butt hinges 75mm long and shutters shalll be side hung. All joints and welding, fixing shall be done in accoradance with standard workmanship. Overall size shall be 1650mm high and 2400mm wide. Frame shall be made out of 25mm dia conduite with wall thickness 1.6mm. Six numbers ball bearing rubber castors of 50mmm dia shall be provided at bottom as shown on drawing. The frame shall be provided with hooks and wire springs for curtains. Curtains shall not be provided by contractor. All steel and iron surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of enamel paint, white colour, over one coat of primer after preparation of surfaces as directed by GE. Painting shall be done with spray machine.

SIDE RACK WITH TRAY (STEEL) THREE SPACES (FD-1023). Overall sixe shall be 1120mm long, 355mm wide and 810mm high. Angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 3mm legs shall be provided at four corners. The bottom shelf shall be at 100mm from bottom of legs made 1mm thick mild steel sheet bent 20mm on all shides and again bent inwards up to 20mm. The top shelf shall be p[rovided at 50mm from top of legs and shall have four spaces of equal size. The back, sides and intermediate partition shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. The top shelf shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet bent 20mm on all sides and bent in wards up to 20mm The middle shelf shall be provided equally spaced from top and botom and shall be 1mm thick mild steel sheet bent 20mm on all sides and bent inwards up 20mm. The lower space below the trays shall be open from all sides. all steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with automotive paint over one coat of primer after preparation of surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Painting shall be done with spray machine.

STOOL REVOLVING (ADJUSTABLE) (FD-1026). All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 455mm dia and 600mm high four legs of 25mm dia mild steel sheet pipe legs made to shap of thickness 1.6mm irrespective of what is shown on drawing. 12mm dia mild steel bar ring shall be provided at 150mm from bottom joining four legs as shown on drawing. Two cast iron discs shall be provided at top of legs and at 100mm top of legs as shown on drawing and fixed to legs with 6mm dia bolt. 25mm dia threaded steel bolt 255mm long fixed with 6mm thick steel plate 100mm dia and top of 25mm dia threaded bolt shall be provided as shown on drawing the padded seat shall be fixed on 6mm thick, 100mm dia steel plate with scren for which four number holes are provided in steel plate. Padded seat shall be 38mm dia. The bottom of padded seat shall be 30mm soft wood over which a layer of coir shall be provided to give proper shape as shown on drawing. Hessian cloth shall be provided to cover the layer of coir and under the soft wood padded seat. A layer of cotton shall be provided and covered with Rexene cover alround the top and bottom to form the padded seat. All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of enamel paint over one coat of primer after preparation of surfaces. Hard rubber/ PVC toes shall be provided to the bottom of legs.

TABLE OFFICE OFFICERS (FD-1003). DIMENSION: Over all size shall be of 1680 x 870 x 760mm. DESCRIPTION: 25mm MS square tube 1.6mm thick shall be provide to frame 1mm thick MS sheet nominal all around for drawer. Top shall be of 18mm thick pre-laminated MDF board ISI mark (exterior grade) one side decorative finish approved by GE and 4mm thick teak wood edging all around shall be provided for top. Three drawers shall be provided on right hand sides of table. A cupboard with front openable door shall be provided on the left side of the table. A shelf shall aslo be provided at the middle of cupbaord. All sheet for drawers shelf and cupboard and back covering shall be 1mm thick. Hard rubber shoes shall also be provided to the bottom of legs. Rest all as per drgs FINISH: All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of silver grey hammer paint internally and extrenally with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. FINISH: All iron surfaces exposed to direct view shall be stove enamelled painted with two coats of enamel grey paint over one coat of primer after preparation of steel surfaces. Painting shall be done with spray machine to achieve smooth surfaces.

STOOL STEEL (FD-84 (M)). DIMENSION: Over all size shall be of 305mm x 305mm x 510mm. DESCRIPTION: 18 Gauge MS sheet for top and angular frame shall be provided. The top shall be made out of 1mm MS sheet.All Dimensions, shape and size shall be followed as per drg. All joints, fixing shall be done in accordance with standard specifications. Rest all as shown on drg. FINISH: Paint synthetic enamel colour olive green 1st class shall be used two coats over one coat of primer (internal and external).

TABLE STAINLESS STEEL TOP (FD-1012). DIMENSION:- Overall size shall be 1670mm long, 760mm wide and 750mm high. DESCRIPTION:- Steel frame shall be of 1570mm x 660mm x 725mm. Four legs shall be 25mm square mild steel square mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm and 730mm high. The top shall be of 1mm thick stainless steel sheet fixed through welding from beneath on 50 x 3mm flat iron provided at top as shown in drg. The top sheet shall be made as shape so that the width of the top shall appear to be 25mm as shown in drg. FINISH:- All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over one coat pf primer after preparation of steel surfaces.

RACK ADJUSTABLE STEEL 6 TIER (FD-1038). DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 915mm long, 610mm wide and 1905mm high. DESCRIPTION: The entire rack shall be made of 1mm mild steel sheet. LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL (FD-1029). DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 760mm long, 600mm wide and 1100mm high. DESCRIPTION: The locker shall be made of mild steel sheet 1mm thick.20mm dia conduit pipe shall be chrome plated with wall thickness of 1.6mm shall be fixed with side sockets. Two handles chromium plated 100mm long shall be fixed to shutters with necessary riveting . One hasp and staple 75mm long shall also be fixed to shutters with riveting. The left shutters shall be provided with 100mm long tower bolt inside at upper and lower ends also. The locker shall be provided with compartments as shown in drgs made of 1mm MS sheet. FINISH: All steel surface internally and externally, exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of green hammer paint internally and externally after properly smoothened the surface with sand paper and applying putty. A Mark of MES shall also be provided at top left corner of front shutter of visible colour. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Rest all specifications are as per drg.

LADDER ALLUMINIUM (FD-1025). DIMENSION: Overall size shall be of 2310mm long and 363.5mm wide. DESCRIPTION: The ladder shall be of Aluminium having wall thickness 3.18mm. Each rung shall be of 23mm dia aluminium pipe with wall thickness not less than 2.43mm and shall be eight in nos at equidistant space of 300mm in between as shown in drg.The stringer of ladder shall be 31.75mm wide and 3.18mm thick. Each alumnium pipe rung of 23mm dia shall be fitted inside the stringer with end bend to shape and each rung on both sides shall be provided with hard rubber cap. Hard rubber caps/ shoes shall be fixed at the ends of aluminium rungs and stringers as shown on drawing with screws. Rest all as shown on drawing.

CHAIR SCHOOL WITH HAND BOARD (FD/E6/MAP/05). Over all size shall be of 585mm W x 300mm D x 738mm H. 25mm dia 16 Gauge MS tube shall be provided for steel frame. Paint synthetic enamel colour black 1st class shall be used two coats over one coat of primer. One piece PVC Seat and Back shall be provided. All Dimensions, shape and size shall be followed as per drg. All joints, fixing shall be done in accordance with standard specifications. Rest all as shown on drg.

CHAIR WRITING CUSHIONED (FD/E6/MAP/12). The frame of the chair shall be of MS tubular frame powder coated ,cantilever type of size 25mm x 10mm in section. Back form shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort. 120mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with superior quality fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping alround shall be provided at seat and back. PU arms shall be of superior quality and reinforced with MS insert. It shall be scratch and wheather resistant. Steel portion of chair shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of black colour over one coat of primer. Rest all specifications are as per drg and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

BED HARD (FD/E6/MAP/08 (R)). Overall size shall be 2050mm long, 900mm wide and 400mm high. All Steel shall be MS Square pipe of 18 Gauge. The head board shall be 800mm high and Foot board shall be 500mm high. The frame of head board and foot board shall be of 38mm x 38mm MS square pipe.18mm x 18mm MS square pipe shall be provided in the inner of head board frame/ foot board frame as shown in drg.18mm thick both side decorative prelaminated particle board of walnut shade with PVC edging shall be screwed to MS strip arc welded to 18mm thick rectangular pipe with standard workmanship both in head board/ foot board. 25mm x 65mm rectangular CR pipe shall be used to make the long rails and short rails of bed hard and welding shall be done for fixing long rails to the legs irrespective of what is shown on drg. One stiffener of size 25mm x 25mm shall be welded between the two legs of head board over 150mm from the ground level. The top of bed hard shall be of 12mm thick BWR ply of approved make fixed over the four equidistant stiffener of size 25mm x 25mm SQ MS pipe in line with bottom of 25 x 65mm long rail section. PVC shoes shall be provided to legs of bed. All metal/ iron work shall be treated with synthetic enamel black after doing two coats of metal primer. Rest all as per drg.

TABLE BED SIDE (FD/E6/MAP/15 (R)). The overall size of the table bed side shall be 450mm x 450mm x 600mm from rear and 450mm x 450mm x 500mm from front as shown in drg. The entire frame of table bed side shall be made up of 18mm MS square pipe (18 Gauge) duly black powder coated. The two sides and top shall be made up of 18mm thick prelamainted particle board exterior grade. The Back of the table except the top portion as shown in drg shall be provided with 6mm commercial plywood BWR grade duly screwed to frame. The two sides, back and bottom of drawers of the table shall be made up of 12mm thick commercial plywood irrespective of what is shown on drg, except the front side which shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. The drawers shall be made functional on teak wood runners fixed inside the tables shown on drg. The drawers of the tables shall be provided with 100mm long CP handles. Rest all as per drg.

BENCH WORKSHOP STEEL (FD-1024). DIMENSION:- Over all size shall be of 1800 x 900 x 760mm. DESCRIPTION:- Four legs shall be of 32mm square mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm. Size of the steel frame shall be 1700mm x 800mm x 720mm. Legs shall be 720mm high. Top of legs shall be joined together in long and short sides with 32mm sq mild steel tube. Two Short stiffeners of 32mm mild sq steel tube shall be provided at 100mm from bottom of legs in short sides. A drawers shall be provided at right hand side of the table with locking arrangement, the drawer and bearer for drawer shall be made of 1mm thick MS sheet. Hard rubber shoe shall be provided for legs. The top of the table shall be of 40mm thick IInd class hard wood shisham/ sal wood and shall be given with three coats of Ist class oil paint over one coat of primer. FINISH:- Top shall be painted in colour with two coats of oil paint and steel portion shall be painted over one coat of primer on steel frame. All joints/ welding, fixing shall be done in accordance with standard specifications. Rest all as shown on drg.

TABLE OFFICE CLERK STEEL (FD-1004). Overall size shall be 1200mm long, 610mm wide and 760mm high. Steel frame shall be of size 1160 x 570 x 742mm. four legs of 25mm mild steel tube of 1.6mm wall thickness shall be provided. Top of legs shall be joined together with 25mm square mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm in long and short sides. Two short stiffeners same size shall be provided at 130mm from bottom of legs. One long stiffener shall also be provided to the middle of short stiffeners. Three drawers of equal size shall be provided on the right hand side above the stiffener at 130mm high with overall size of 350mm wide and 430mm high and 410mm deep. The top of table shall be provided with pre-laminated particle board of 18/19mm thick with teak veener shade and PVC edging alround the table. Hard rubber/ PVC toes shall be provided to the legs. Locking device shall be provided to drawers. All steel surfaces exposed to view shall be given two coats of enamel paint over one coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of steel surfaces. Rest all as per drgs.

RACK STEEL (1830MM X 760MM X 1905MM) (FD-129 (M)). All as per shown on drawing and specified. All joints fixing shall be done in accorandance with standard workmanship ans specification. Irrespective of what is shown on drawing all steel surfaces externally and internally shall be powder coated painting of shade as approved by GE.

RACK SHOE STEEL (FD/E6/MAP/02 (R)). DIMENSION: Overall size 700mm long, 300mm wide and 880mm high. DESCRIPTION : The Legs of the shoe Rack Shalll be of 25mm dia MS Pipe of 18 Gauge. The Five shelves of the Rack Shall the of 20mm dia MS Pipe of 18 Gauge Welded to Lage. The Shelves shall have 3mm dia MS Road 9 Nos in Widthwise and 3 Nos in Length wise welded to 20mm dia shelf fram. FINISH:- Pretreated with epoxy powder coated oven baked with ivary white colour/ white/ Warm grey.

TRESTLE STORE ROOM STEEL (FD-1043). DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 2440mm long, 600mm wide and 300mm high. DESCRIPTION: Two long angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 6mm of mild steel 1980mm long shall be provided 520mm apart at bottom connected with 50mm x 3mm iron bracing, four in numbers, and equally spaced with 50mm x 50mm x 6mm iron. Rest all as per drg. FINISH: All Steel and iron work surfaces shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over one coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of steel surfaces on exposed to view when placed in position.

BAR STOOL 3' HIGH CUSHIONED (FD-354). DIMENSION: The overall height of the stool shall be 900mm after lift . DESCRIPTION: It shall be of revoloving type with 360 degree swivel. The frame shall be of round pipe 1" dia and the frame and base shall be of chrome plated .The stool shall have gas lift and consist of foot rest. The seat shall be of soft cushion 50mm thick fitted with best quality tapestry/ leatherite cloth. As per sample approved by GE. MAKE:- Geeken model No GC-964 or Supereq model No-SSCC-20 or Bombay Eezy Model No 436

CHAIR VERANDAH (FD-359). DIMENSION:- The overall size of the chair shall be 455mm wide, 455mm deep and 760mm high. DESCRIPTION:- The frame of the chair shall be of 19mm dia MS tube of wall thickness 1.6mm duly powder coated. The seat and back of the chair shall be of PVC 4mm of weight not less than 1.85 kgs and grooves 90 x 10mm ten in nos on seat and back. One stiffener 19mm dia MS tube shall be provided in between the front legs as shown in drg. An additional support in seat only shall be provided at centre between opposite sides by welding 20mm conduit pipe for rest of PVC seat irrespective of what is shown on drg. The entire frame of the chair shall be painted in white after preparation of surface. Rubber shoes of best quality shall be provided to each end of legs. Rest all as per drg. FINISH:- The frame of the chair shall be powder coated 70 microns by 7 tank process and oven dried in white.

PLATE RACK STEEL (730MM x 220MM x 840MM) (FD-242). All as per shown on drawing and specified. All joints fixing shall be done in accorandance with standard workmanship ans specification. Irrespective of what is shown on drawing all steel surfaces externally and internally shall be powder coated painting of shade as approved by GE.

RECEPTACLE UNIVERSAL WITH BUCKET (FD-1044). Overall size shall be 420mm dia and 510mm high. The body shall be of 1mm thick GI (Galvanized Iron) circular sheet of 405 mm dia. Bottom of circular sheet body shall have 25mm X 4mm flat iron band welded to 1mm thick circular sheet. 95mm X 50mm dia foot rest 3mm thick cut to shape shall be welded to 25mm X 4mm flat iron lever whose fulcrum shall be in the centre of circular body supported by 25mm X 3mm flat iron made to V-shape and welded to circular sheet body in such a way that 6mm dia loose rivet shall be provided in centre to hold and support fulcrum. The other end of lever shall be fixed to 25mm X 4mm vertical lever hinged at bottom and top with 3 dia pin. The top end of vertical lever shall be attached to mild steel reinforcement sheet of 175mm X 100mm welded to cover to enable cover to open when the pressure shall be put on the top of foot rest at bottom lever. Top cover shall be of 1mm thick GI sheet cover 420mm dia and bend inside cover 3mm dia wire al-round the cover. Two numbers brackets made to shape out of 3mm thick mild steel sheet as reinforcement sheet, welded to cover, enables the cover to open. Bucket shall be made of 1mm thick GI sheet 340mm dia at top and 210mm dia at bottom. Top of bucket shall have 2 numbers bracket 50mm X 65mm X 3mm thick flat iron welded to bucket for holding 10mm dia mild steel bar handle. 40 X 3mm mild steel flat iron ring shall be provided at bottom of bucket. 10mm dia mild steel bar handle shall be provided to bucket. All steel surfaced, except galvanized iron surfaces, shall be given two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of primer after preparation of surfaces. Rest all as per drg.

TABLE PANTRY MEDIUM STEEL (FD-1020) DIMENSION: Over all size shall be 900mm long, 550mm wide and 840mm high. DESCRIPTION: Size of steel frame shall be 880mm x 815mm. Legs shall be four in numbers. Legs shall be of 25mm square mild steel tube of wall thickness. All steel sheet used for drawers and side overing of drawer and for support of drawer shall be of mild steel and 1mm thick. Top of table shall be 25mm thick polished Kotah stone slab in one piece. Legs shall be provided with hard rubber/ PVC toes at bottom. FINISH: All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of silver grey hammer paint internally and extrenally with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. A mark of MES shall also be provided on top left corner of front shutter with visible colour. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Rest all as per drg.

TABLE OFFICE STEEL (FD-1012). DIMENSION:- Overall size shall be 1670mm long, 760mm wide and 750mm high. DESCRIPTION:- Steel frame shall be of 1570mm x 660mm x 725mm. Four legs shall be 25mm square mild steel square mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm and 730mm high.The top shall be of 1mm thick stainless steel sheet fixed through welding from beneath on 50 x 3mm flat iron provided at top as shown in drg. The top sheet shall be made as shape so that the width of the top shall appera to be 25mm as shown in drg. FINISH:- All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over one coat pf primer after preparation of steel surfaces.

TEAPOY VERANDAH (FD/E6/MAP/17). Overall size shall be 700mm long, 400mm wide and 540mm high. The legs, top centre stiffener, top rails and bottom rails shall be of 18mm square MS pipe of wall thickness 1.6 mm. Base tray made of 5mm dia MS bar 12 x 10 nos at equidistant shall be made and fixed as shown on drg. The top shall be of 18mm thick pre laminated particle board of approved shade and the edges shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading. Hard rubber shoe shall also be fixed to the bottom of each leg. The steel frame shall be painted with synthetic enamel black colour. Rest all as per drg.

SCH 'A' PART-III (TP ITEMS)

RACK FOR RIFLES FOR 20 RIFLES. DIMENSION:- Overall size shall be 1829mm x 381mm x 915mm. DESCRIPTION:- The rifle rack for 20 Rifles shall be made out of 12 SWG & 14 SWG MS iron sheet with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. LOCKING DEVICE: 6 lever lock with Two side Key. BASE: Wooden Base 50mm thickness MOC of wooden base is 'Hard Wood' with special grooves for individual rifles, then surfaces prepared and finally painted with high gloss Royal polish. PAINT: Steel body is first surfaces prepared, then anti-rust coating of primer and finally painted with 2 coats of 25 DFT each 'Olive Green' Colour. Especially designed Heavy duty "U-shaped". PVC Pads are provided in each groove of the rack to avoid any kind of scratches on the rifles. Rest all as per drawing.

DURRIES 15' x 12'. DIMENSION:- Overall size shall be 15' x 12'or not less than 6 sq meter. DESCRIPTION:- It shall be made up of heavy cotton fringes losely woven and knitted in rectangular pieces fringed at the ends having cotton backing. The nominal thickness of the durrie shall not be less than 5mm. As per sample approved by GE (Trade pattern). Make:- Swayam/ Aristrocrat/ zesture or as per sample approved by GE.
