Material and labour for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sq mm FRLS single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 V grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through PVC casing and capping with all accessories fixed to wall /roofs ceiling etc and incl provision of 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly including PVC box ISI marked of suitable size for mounting the switches , socket outlets , fan regulators etc complete all as specified and directed for following:-

One light/Fan point controlled by one switch.

One socket 3 pin outlet 5 amp on independent board.

One socket 3 pin outlet 5 amp on same board.

All as per serial item number 7.00 here-in-before but with copper conductor cable for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 amp independent board with cable 2.5 sq mm 2.5 sq mm copper cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix modular switch single pole one way 1 module 6 amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sub main wiring drawing through PVC casing caping of suitable size with all fittings two run of single core 4 sq mm FRLS single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 V grade with multistranded copper conductor and one run of 4 sq mm FRLS as earth wire of multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable of 1100 volts grade all as speified and directed

Supply and fix air circulator fan, single phase,230 volt oscillating 450mm sweep suitable for wall mounting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure with industrial type 3 pin socket and plug including one MCB single pole 32 Amps 240 volts 50 HZ complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for earthling complete with galvanized GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.00 mm, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and galvanized iron or steel including earth work in any type of soil, charcoal salt 15 cm around the earth plate as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part1991,20 mm dia watering pipe medium grade 1.50 mtr long GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia from earth pit to main board (NOTE:- maximum length of GI protection pipe with each earth shall not be less than 7.5 mtrs) including necessary pit with cover , including testing on complition.

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay pipe galvanized, “Light grade”, including fittings 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor of capacity 2.0 TR with copper condensor coil inverter AC complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 4 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install Electronic wall mounting type stablizer suitable for AC upto 2.0 TR Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 volt to 250 volt with output voltage stabilized at 230 volt with accuracy of ±2.5% and of capacity 5.0 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed for following sizes :-

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and n.exe 1.5 mtr depth including getting out for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling ,and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Material and labour for sand filling in-trenches with clean dry sand unwashed including gently pruning around cables complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supply & Laying only reinforced Precast concrete cable cover of class LV type 1 flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40mm for protection for cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning LT Panel Outdoor type, dust and vermin proof, totally enclosed, platform mounted, factory made (Protection Class IP-54) having front openable shutter with locking arrangement made out of CRCA steel sheet 3.15 mm thick with MS angle iron frame work of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick, duly painted all as specified including necessary foundation bolts, PCC ( 1:2:4), type B-1 platform of suitable size for mounting the panel, suitable for 415 Volts, 50 Hz, three phase, 4 wire system with suitable insulated copper busbar of capacity not less than 400 Amps and shall be complete with internal wiring with copper conductor, and including the following accessories : - (A) Main Incoming (i) MCCB conforming to IS:13947(Part-II), IEC-947, TPN(4 pole), 63 Amps, 415 volts, 50 Hz, rupturing capacity 16 KA - 01 No. (ii) Voltmeter, 0-500 Volts with selector switch - 01 No. (iii) Ammeter 0-100 Amps with selector switch - 01 No. (iv) Phase Indicator lamp - 03 No.(RYB) (B) Main Outgoing (i) MCB, SPN, 32 Amps, 240 volts, 50 Hz, rupturing capacity 16 kA - 10 No. (iii) Digital Ammeter of capacity 0- 100 Amps with selector switch - 01 No. (iv) Indicator lamp RYB (set of three nos) 1 Nos )

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm' buried directly in ground with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mts below normal ground level' and connected to earth test point by means of 25x4 mm GI strip all as specified and shown in electric plate No 5 including earthwork' PCC chamber , CI cover, protection and watering pipe, funnel, mesh etc all as required at site and all as directed.
