Chair Dining Offrs (FD/MAP-II/04) All wood must be first class teak wood.Overall size shall be 950mm high,450mm wide and 450mm deep.The size of the legs shall be 35x50mm .Front and side rails shall be of size 25x65mm.Stiifeners of size 20mmx25mm three in nos shall be fixed as specified in drg..75x75x25 teak wood stopper shall be fixed with main frame and legs four nos each in every corner for the support of the cushion and seat ply.75mm thick 40 density cushion of approved foam covered with approved tapestry cloth shall be fixed over 12mm thick ply as specified in drg.Four teak wood vertical stiffeners of section 20x25mm shall be fixed in back of chair. side frame should be 35x50mm.25mm dia and 25mm high nylon buffers shall be provided to bottom of all legs.The curved teak wood back shall be of section 25x45mm.All sizes shall be taken as stated in drg. All wood surfaces shall be lacquer polished with high gloss finish of walnut shade.Rest all as per drg.

Chair Easy (FD-229) DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 510 mm long, 575mm wide and 740mm high . DESCRIPTION:- All wood shall be first class teak . Front legs shall be 25mmx55mm in section and 355mm high up to seat level. Rear legs shall be of 25mmx55mm in section and 300mm high up to seat level and slanting 50mm away from vertical. Front, back and side rails of seat shall be out of 25mmx50mm in section and made to shape as shown on drawing. front, back and side rails shall join the front and rear legs at 355mm high and 300mm high in rear Teak wood arm rests shall be provided at 190mm above seat level and shall be size as shown on drawing.Caning shall be done with plastic cane of 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick half round gola type weighing not less than 6gms in ten running meters. Caning shall be done in Godrej pattern. PVC shoes 25mmx25mm shall be provided at the bottom of all legs. FINISH:- All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer finish.

DESCRIPTION:The size of the legs shall be 30x55mm.Front and side rails shall be of size 30x65mm.Stiifeners of size 20mmx25mm three in nos shall be fixed as specified in drg. PVC seat 4mm thick of PPCP material and weight not less than 0.50 kgs with perforated holes shall be fixed inside the frame of seat with proper screws.one additional stiffener of size 30x25mm shall also be fixed below the seat for extra suuport of PVC seat.The height of the seat shall be at 460mm high from ground.The size of the teak wood back shall be 45x15mm made out of 45x35mm section.25mm dia and 25mm high nylon buffers shall be provided to bottom of all legs. FINISH: All wood surfaces shall be lacquer polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drg.

Chair writing wooden (FD-280) DIMENSION :Overall size shall be 535mm long,470mm wide and 890mm high. DESCRIPTION: Well seasoned teak wood throughout in frame work shall be used for framework,Caning shall be done without any joint in the cane. The cane shall be of 2mm wide, 0.4mm thick half round gola type of approved make. The sides of the chair shall be canned with 4mm thick cane. Hard rubber rings of 25mm dia and 25mm high shall be screwed to the bottom of all legs. FINISH :All wooden surfaces shall be melamine polish with lacquer finish of walnut shade.,as approved by Engr-In-Charge.Rest all as per drgs

Side board (FD-1112) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 1025mm long, 450wide and 750mmhigh. Back shall be 1025mm long and 750mm high pre-laminated particle board 19mm thick. Sides shall be 450mm wide and 675mm high particle board 19mm thick. Base shall be of 75mm high 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board fixed at 25mm from front and sides. Top and bottom shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board. A vertical partition 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board shall be provided at 358mm from inside of right hand side pre-laminated particle board. Four drawers shall be provided equally in this space. Three piece of particle board 40mmx19mm and 358mm long shall be provided over the lower three drawers. Bottom, sides back of drawers shall be of 19mm thick particle board. The front of drawers shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board. 20mmX20mm teak wood bearers fixed exactly in center of both sides of the drawers shall be provided to each drawer. Another 20mmx20mm teak wood bearer shall be fixed to the vertical of the side board in such a way that the bearers fixed with the sides of the drawer shall side over smoothly. On left side compartment two horizontal shelves, equally spaced shall be provided as shown on drawing. The size of shelves shall be 610mm long, and 387 mm wide. Two side hung shutters shall be provided to left hand side of side board. The shutters shall be side hung with 20mm size piano type hinges. The shutters shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided al-round the front shutters and front of shelves. Shelves shall be fixed over the standard aluminium shelf support. On ail visible front edges of pre-laminated particle board shall be provided with 4mm thick teak wood edging. All drawers and shutters shall be provided with one handle each of powder coated mild steel and 100mm long. Two catch spring shall be provided to shutters as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer finish

Hat Stand with mirror (FD-362) DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 1330 mm long, 710mm high. DESCRIPTION:The inner frame shall be of 50mmx20mm teak wood battens six in nos .The back and front of frame shall be covered with 6mm thick commercial ply.The edges of the frame shall be covered with 6mmx35mm teak wood edging fixed alround the frame with headless nails and adhesive.Six brass pegs 120mm long shall be fixed over the wooden membrane with brass screws as shown in drg.5mm thick looking mirror of (saint gobian,Modiguard/Atul) shall be provided as shown on drg with beading alround . Mild steel key plate shall be provided at both top corners of the hat stand. FINISH: All teak wood surfaces shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer finish. All steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer. Rest all as per drgs

Peg Table (FD-384) DIMENSION; Overall size shall be 450mm long,300mm wide and 380mm high. DESCRIPTION: Legs shall be of teak wood of section 30mmx50mm.The legs shall be 362mm high.5mmx5mm in section groove shall be provided on the top of legs which shall be visible when placed in position.Two nos top rails of section 20mmx40mm of teak wood shall be provided connecting legs.Two bottom rails of size 20mmx40mm shall be fixed between the legs .A centre stiffeners of size 20x40mm shall be provided at centre of side bottom rails for extra support irrespective of what is shown on drg.Top of the table shall be of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board with 4mm teak wood edging all round the top of table. FINISH: All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high lacquer finish.Rest all as per drg.

Receptacle PVC (FD/E6/MAP/13) DIMENSION/CAPACITY:-The receptacle shall be of capacity 40 ltrs DESCRIPTION:The body of receptacle PVC shall be made up of thick polymer plastic of thickness not less than 5mm ,provided with swivel lid and steel handles on both sides as shown in drg. Make-Cello, brite as shown in drg.

Sofa set 5 seater cushioned (FD/MAP-II/02) All as shown on drg. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak. 12m BWR grade commercial ply as per IS-303 shall be fixed with seat and back over teakwood frame of sofa set five seater ( One Three seater and two single seater). 10 Nos of foam cushion 100mm thick 40 density of approved make covered with best quality of tapestory cloth as approved by GE. 25mm dia and 25mm digh rubber/PVC shoes shall be fixed to botom of legs with SS screws. All wood & board surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polised with high gloss finish (Lacquer finish) All joints and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship . Rest all as per drg.

Stool Dressing cushion (FD/E6/MAP/14) DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 450 mm long,300mm wide and 380mm high. DESCRIPTION:All wood shall be Ist class teak wood.The size of the legs shall be of size 50mmx30mm .The size of the three bottom stiffener shall be of size 19mmx25mm.The size of the top rails shall be of size 25mmx65mm.12mm thick commercial plywood shall be fixed over the top rails for seat .The seat of the stool shall be made of 75mm thick foam cushion of 32 density duly covered with best quality tapestry cloth.Rest all as per drg. FINISH:All wood surface exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with lacquer finish rest.Rest all as per drg.

Table centre (FD-274) DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 900mm long, 450mm wide and 400mm high. DESCRIPTION: All wood shall be of teak wood. Top of the table shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the edges of top.Legs shall be made out of 60mmx30mm in section teak wood . Bottom rail of teak wood of 20mmx50mm in section shall be provided between legs, widthwise at 100mm above the bottom of legs.The bottom tier shall be fixed on the top of bottom side rails with 50mm long screwss..25mm dia hard rubber /PVC rings shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs fixed with 30mm long screws. FINISH:All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish Rest all as per drg.

Table Dining 6 person (FD-273) All shown on drg. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak. Overall size shall be 1500mm long,900mm wide and 760m high. Legs shall be of 75mmx40mm in section. 5mmx5mm in section grove shall be provided in the visible portion of top of legs. 25mm thick and 100mm high top long rail and short rail shall be provided in short and long rails joining the legs at top. Two numbers teak wood stiffners 100mm wide and 25m thick shall be provided equally spaced joining the top legs with top rails. Eight Nos teak wood corners shall be provided and fixed with four nos of SS screws to joining the legs with top rails. The shape shall be directed by Engineer-in-charge.Top of table shall be 18mm thick pre-laminated partical board both side laminated extieror grade, shade as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided all-round the top edge of table top. All joints and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high gloss finish (Lacquer finish). Hard rubber/PVC toes of 25mm dia and 25mm high shall be provided to bottom of all legs with SS serews. All joints and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship. Table dining 120x90cm (FD/MAP-II/03) All as shown on drg. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak. Overall size shall be 1200mm long,900mm wide and 750mm high. Legs shall be of 90mmx45mm in section 45mmx90mm top long rail and short rail shall be provided in short and long rails joining the legs at top. Eight Nos teak wood corners shall be providedand fixed with four nos of SS screws to joining the legs with top rails. The shape shall be directed by Engineer-in-charge. Top of table shall be 18mm thick pre-laminated partical board both side laminated extieror grade, shade as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided al-round the top of table top. All joints and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high gloss finish (Lacquer finish). Table 90x60 cm with drawer (FD-283) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 900mm long , 600mm wide and 760mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak . Legs shall be made of 60mmx30mm in section throughout and 741 mm high, four in numbers. Joined together in front, back and sides with top rails of 20mmx110mm in section provided flush with top of legs. The left hand side portion, viewing from front, shall have drawers of 300mm wide. 25mmx40mm in section teak wood stiffener on one side and 20mmx30mm in section teak wood fillet on other side of drawer shall be provided as shown on drawing. Track rails, 25mmx25mm in section on one side and 30mmx25mm in section on other side of drawers having rebate for guide rails as 12mmx12mm in section shall be provided all as shown on drawing. The sides and back of drawer shall be of 12mm thick and 110mm high teak wood planks. The front of drawer shall be of 20mmx110mm in section teak wood plank. The bottom of drawer shall be of 6mm thick commercial plywood. Two bottom rails, one on each short side, shall be provided of 20mmx60mm in section teak wood joining legs in short sides. 5mmx5mm in section groove shall be provided at the top of legs to the portion visible to view when placed in position. The top shall be of 18mm thick pre laminated particle board of approved make 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be providing all-round the top of table. The top of table shall be flush with legs and there shall be no projection on any sides. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish.

Dressing table incl stool (FD/MAP-II/07) DIMENSION:The overall size of the table dressing shall be 1150mm long 380mm wide and 1700mm high. DESCRIPTION:- The sides, top ,back and front of the base unit shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated partical board. The bottom of the side units shall be of 12mm thick commercial plywood. The sides and back drawers shall be of 12mm thick prelaminated particle ,bottom of the drawers shall be of 6mm thick commercial ply whereas the front of the drawers shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with 2 nos telescopic channel as per drg.5mm thick electro copper plated mirror shall be fixed over 6mm thick plywood back. The plywood shall be fixed on two vertical hardwood member of size 45mmx35mm .a horizontal support of size 30mmx20mm shall be provided in between two vertical members. The Overall size of the stool shall be as per drg. The four sides shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board .The top of the stool shall be of 12mm thick plywood openable as shown in drg.Four heavy duty revolving nylon double wheels shall be provided at base below the 6mm base ply fixed over wooden runner 20mmx20mm.The seat of the stool shall be 75mm high ,made of foam 40 density covered with tapestry cloth as approved by Engr-In-charge/GE.Rest all as per drg. Mirror dressing gents (FD/E6/MAP/16) The overall size of mirror box/cabinat portion shall be of 600mmx1200mm which shall be supported on teak wood legs of 38x38mm & wooden brackets made out of TW section of 38x112x112mm, cabinat having mirror 5.5mm thick,backed by 12mm thick BWR grade ply as per IS-303,covered by decorative mould and supported on 50x28mm TW frame alround, 03 nos shelves each 5.5mm thick glass supported on glass holder,sides 18mm thick prelaminated particle board,continous piano hinge to open the mirror frame in horizontal circle, 02 nos magnetic catch at top & bottom to open the mirror frame in horizontal circle, all wooden members shall be polish with high glossy french polish.

Table writing (FD-275) DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 1145mm long, 600mm wide and 760mm high. DESCRIPTION:All wood shall be of first class hard teak wood except top and right hand side drawer cabinet. Legs shall be of 35mmx55mm in section a having 5mmx5mm in section groove at the top of legs at the portion when placed in position. The top shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board of approved shade and the edges shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading. Two short stiffeners of teak wood of size 50mmx25mm in section shall be provided between legs at 100mm from bottom of legs. Sides and back of drawers shall be of 12mm thick teak wood planks. Bottom of drawers shall be of 6 mm thick plywood commercial,high partition shall be provided in the drawer. Shutter for cabinet shall be fixed with piano type continuous hinges. Lock shall be provided to drawer and shutters. CP handle shall be provided to drawer and shutter.25mm dia and 25mm high rubber shoes shall be fixed to bottom of legs. FINISH: All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drg.

Teapoy wooden (FD-382) All timber shall be well seasoned 1st class teak wood. Table top shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board BWR exterior grade of melamine faced, flat pressed, 03 layered, one side teak finish and other side with white balancing lamination (P.L.A.). 6mm thick teak wood edges shall be provided allround at locations shown on drawing. All wooden surfaces exposed to view shall be finished with two coats of french polish. Rest all as shown on drawing

Trolley for TV (FD/E6/MAP/04(R)) Overall size shall be as per drg.The sides,back,shelf and front openable shutters shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board.The front shutters shall be of 5.5 mm thick openable glass shutter with magnetic catcher and steel hinges.Brass handle and door catchers shall also be provided to the TV trolley as described on drg with circular cut out for wire manager on the place as shown in drg..The pull out drawers shall be provided with two telescopic channel.The top of the trolley shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board of size 750mmx600mm.50mm dia swivel type castors 4 in numbers shall be provided at base .rest all as per drg.4mm thick teak wood beading shall be fixed allroung the edges of the top.

SCH 'A' PART-II (STEEL FURNITURE)

Almirah Small Steel (FD-1032) DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 1270mm high,765mm wide and 440mm deep. DESCRIPTION: The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel base welded to bottom of almirah and shall be 100mm high. Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick for channel base. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 765mm length and shall be up to full width of 440mm of almirah. Top, sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Three shelves equally spaced making four compartments shall be provided and shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet.Front shutters shall have two leaves.All joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard workmanship HANDLE: A steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shall be provided to the shutter. LOCKING DEVICE: The locking device shall be three way locking device and shall also be provided with decorative key plate, brass lock will be provided .Make of Lock-Harrison/Godrej. FINISH: All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of green hammerpaint over a coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. A mark of MES shall also be provided on left top corner of front shutter of visisble colour as directed by Engr-In -Charge.Rest all as per drgs

Almirah steel large 1/2 H 1/2 S (FD/E6/MAP/18) Overall size of almirah large steel is 1900mm high, 910mm wide and 490mm deep. The MS sheet used for making sides, front, drawers, partitions, base and shelves of the almirah shall be of 20 gauge except the back which shall be of 22 gauge. Three shelves shall be fixed at an equidistant positions as shown in drg.The locker & shutter of the almirah shall be provided with safety handle and brass lock. The front two doors of the almirah shall be fixed with 75mm long hinges three on each side with proper rivet and welding. The shelves shall be welded to sides and back of almirah internally as shown on drg.One chromium plated rod of 20mm dia shall be fixed at 75mm below the top for hanging purpose. The entire almirah shall be treated with granular silver grey shade irrespective of what is shown on drg.Rest all as per drg.

Bed Hard MAP (FD/E6/MAP/08(R)) Overall size as per Drg. All Steel shall be MS Square pipe of 18 Gauge. The head board shall be 800mm high and Foot board shall be 500mm high. The frame of head board and foot board shall be of 38mmx38mm MS square pipe.18mmx18mm MS square pipe shall be provided in the inner of head board frame/foot board frame as shown in drg.18mm thick both side decorative prelaminated particle board of walnut shade with PVC edging shall be screwed to MS strip arc welded to 18mm thick rectangular pipe with standard workmanship both in head board/foot board.25mmx65mm rectangular MS pipe shall be used to make the long rails and short rails of bed hard and welding shall be done for fixing long rails to the legs .One stiffener of size 25mmx25mm shall be welded between the two legs of headboard over 150mm from the ground level. The top of bed hard shall be of 12mm thick BWR ply of approved make fixed over the four equidistant stiffener of size 25mmx25mm SQ MS pipe in line with bottom of 25x65mm long rail section. PVC shoes shall be provided to legs of bed.All metal /iron work shall be treated with synthetic enamel black paint by powder coating after doing coats of metal primer.Rest all as per drg.

Book Case Steel (FD-1047) Overall size 1575x840mm as per drg, 1mm thick MS sheet cover,shelf,channels, all frame, three shelves making four compartments with 3mm glass plain, all steel work shall be painted internally and externally with olive green paint over a coat of primer each sliding shutter shall be provided with inside lock of brass with 2 keys and two handles rest all specifications and material are as per Drg

Chair School with hand board (FD/E6/MAP/05) Over all size shall be of 585 mmWx300 mm Dx738 mm H. 25mm dia 16 Gauge MS tube shall be provided for steel frame. Paint synthetic enamel colour black 1st class shall be used two coats over a coat of primer. One piece PVC Seat and Back shall be provided. All Diamensions, shape and size shall be followed as per drg. All joints, fixing shall be done in accordance with standard specifications. Rest all as shown on drg.

Chair verandah (FD/MAP-II/06) DIMENSION:-The overall size of the chair shall be 455mm wide 455mm deep and 940mm high. DESCRIPTION:- The frame of the chair shall be of 19mm dia MS tube of wall thickness 1.6mm duly black powder coated 70 microns by 7 tank process and oven dried . The seat and back of the chair shall be of PVC 4mm of weight not less than 1.85 kgs and grooves 90x10mm ten in nos on seat and back. One stiffener 19mm dia powder coated MS tube shall be provided in between the front legs as shown in drg. An additional support in seat and back shall be provided at centre between the seat and back duly welded for rest of PVC seat irrespective of what is shown on drg. Rubber shoes of best quality shall be provided to each end of legs.Rest all specification and material are as per drg. FINISH:-The frame of the chair shall be powder coated 70 microns by 7 tank process and oven dried in white.

Chair writing (FD/E6/MAP/12) DIMENSION:The overall size of the chair shall approx be 950mm high,500mmwide DESCRIPTION:The size /dimensions of the chair shall meet the overall specification as described.The frame of the chair shall be of MS tubular frame powder coated ,cantilever type of size 25mmx10mm in section.Back form shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort.120mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping alround shall be provided at seat and back the polyurethane foam shall be 50mm and shall be moulded with density 50-55 kg per cubic mtr.Arm rest shall be of black integral skin poly urethane with shore “A” hardness and reinforced with MS insert.It shall be scratch and wheather resistant.Both hand rest section shall have inner and outer dia of 210mm and 230mm respectively and have slope towards front.. FINISH:Pre treated with epoxy powder caoted oven baked with ivory white colour/white/warmgrey.

Chair Revolving Steel computer (FD/E6/MAP/01) The Base pedestal assembly of chair computer shall be of dia 700mm and 1060mm high .The pedestal assembly shall be provided with injection molded in black 30% glass filled nylon. A 10.5mm dia forged bright Zinc plated MS Castor Pin is of press fitted into each prong for holding the castors. The seat and back of the chair computer shall be made of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. The back form shall be designed with contour lumber support for extra comfort with PVC lipping allround.The back rest shall be adjustable and consist of drop lift mechanism and shall be adjusted in the insert .It shall be scratch and weather resistant. Rest all as per drg.and as per sample approved by BSO/GE

Charpoy with hard top (FD/MAP-II/01) DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 1980mm long, 900mm wide and 440mm high. DESCRIPTION: Two long rails and two short rails shall be of 25mmx65mmx16 guage MS rectangular pipe .The legs shall be of size 32mmx32mmx16 guage welded to long and short rails as shown on drg.Two stiffeners of size 25mmx25mmx16 guage shall be provided in equidistant between two opposite long rails. Six number cleat of size 25mmx60mmx6mm shall be welded with frame to support ply. Two stiffeners joining legs of size 25mmx25mmx16 guage shall be provided at 150mm from ground level .12mm thick commercial plywood shall be provided for top as shown on drg with proper nut and bolt .PVC hard rubber shoes shall be fixed at bottom of each legs. FINISH:All steel surfaces shall be Pre treated with epoxy powder caoted oven baked with black colour.

Charpoy folding IP with hard top(FD-388 (R)) The overall size shall be of 1980x900mm on plan with foot rest & head rest height as per drg, the long rails,short rails,legs,foot rest & hand rest stiffners are made of 25mm dia MS conduit pipe ,the long rails shall have mid joint connecting by two fish plates on either side each 120x120x5mm thick to 120x150x6mm thick MS Sheet duly riveted by 4mm dia MS rivets joining both the long rails & central legs, the long rails & legs are connected with 225x60 MS Flat iron having rounded ends at an angle of 45 degree,all MS members shall be pre treated with epoxy polyster powder coating black 70 microns by 7 tank process and oven dried internally & externally , the charpoy top shall be of 12mm thick plywood in two pieces, bwr grade confirming to IS-303, rest all as per drg and specified.

Ladder Aluminium (FD-1025) DIMENSION:Overall size shall be of 2310mm long and 363.5mm wide. DESCRIPTION: The ladder shall be of Aluminium having wall thickness 3.18mm .Each rung shall be of 23mm dia aluminium pipe with wall thickness not less than 2.43mm and shall be eight in nos at equidistant space of 300mm in between as shown in drg.The stringer of ladder shall be 31.75mm wide and 3.18mm thick .Each alumnium pipe rung of 23 mm dia shall be fitted inside the stringer with end bend to shape and each rung on both sides shall be provided with hard rubber cap. Hard rubber caps/shoes shall be fixed at the ends of aluminium rungs and stringers as shown on drawing with screws. Rest all as shown on drawing.

Rack Shoe Steel (FD/E6/MAP/02(R)) The main side frame shall be made of 25mm dia, There shall be five shelves each size 300mmx700mm and the space of each shelf shall be covered by 3mm dia MS rods three in length wise and nine width-wise, all MS members shall be pre-treated with epoxy polyster powder coating black 70 microns by 7 tank process and oven dried internally & externaly ,welding process shall be of metal inert gas type using carbon dioxide and argon blend,rest all as per drg

Table bed side MAP (FD/E6/MAP/15(R)) DIMENSION:The overall size of the table bed side 450mm x 450mm x 500mm as shown in drg. DESCRIPTION:The entire frame of table bed side shall be made up of 18mm MS square pipe (18 Gauge) duly black powder coated. The two sides and top shall be made up of 18mm thick prelamainted particle board. The Back of the table except the top portion as shown in drg shall be provided with 6mm commercial plywood BWR grade duly screwed to frame. The two sides, back and bottom of drawers of the table shall be made up of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board the front side which shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board board of walnut shade. The drawers shall be made functional with telescopic channel fixed inside the tables shown on drg.The drawers of the tables & box shall be provided with 100mm long CP handles.The edges of the drawers or board shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood bearer.Rest all as per drg. FINISH: All wooden surfaces shall be french polished with two coats after preparation of surfaces and steel portion shall be painted with synthetic enamel black paint.

Table Computer (FD/E6/MAP/03) Overall size shall be 900mm long,561.20 mm wide and 750mm high.All prelaminated particle board used in manufacturing of top ,shelves,drawers,tray shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated extrior grade board.The frame of table shall be of 25MM thick MS Square pipe.The top of table shall be provided with 4mm thick teak wood beading.The legs shall be made out of 25mmx50mm MS rectangular MS pipe of 18 guage.Each leg shall be provided with rectangular PVC cover made to shape on front sides only.The legs shall also be provided with nylon buffers .Rest all as per drg. Steel frame painted black with poweder coationg and wooden surface will be glossy finish

Teapoy Verandah (FD/E6/MAP/17) Overall size shall be 700mm long 400mm wide and 540mm high. The legs, top centre stiffener, top rails and bottom rails shall be of 18mm square MS pipe of wall thickness 1.6 mm.Base tray made of 5mm dia MS bar 12x10 nos at equidistant shall be made and fixed as shown on drg.The top shall be of 18mm thick pre laminated particle board of approved shade and the edges shall be covered with 4mm thick PVC edging. Hard rubber shoe shall also be fixed to the bottom of each leg.The steel frame shall be painted with synthetic enamel black colour powder coated.Rest all as per drg.
