Protective coatings for Enviornmentally exposed external surfaces: Providing and applying an elastomeric membrane forming system with anti-carbonation and breathing properties, the system, ShaliKote AC WB with Primer, of STP Ltd or Sika India, Fosroc , Dr. Fixit, based on water based acrylic/acrylate polymers. The system consists of one coat primer (ShaliPrime AC WB) over prepared surface and polymer coating (ShaliKote AC WB) to give film thickness of 200 – 225 microns for two coats depending on method of application and smoothness of concrete surface. Surface Preparation should include grinding or wire brushing and removal of all loose particles, dust, oil and other contaminants. For smooth surface finishes, final preparation should include filling of all bugholes / uneven surfaces in the concrete, using suitable putty or equivalent. Polymer coating should be in suitable approved shades, including suitable surface preparation as described above, cost of materials and labour for applying the above coating, etc. (i) Work to be carried out in patches. (ii) The rates for scaffolding system to be used upto 15 mtr workable height shall be deemed including in the above rates and no extra shall be paid over & above the quoted rates.

Microconcrete Reinstatement and jacketting for Columns/Beams/ Facia/ Chajjas/ Roof Projections: Providing and laying of special repair material micro-concrete, for jacketing of Columns using single component, shrinkage compensated, high strength, high flow cementitious micro-concrete having compressive strength minimum of 50 N/mm2 at 28 days such as ShaliFix MC of STP Ltd or Sika India, Fosroc , Dr. Fixit blended with washed saturated surface-dry (SSD), graded aggregates of size 3mm to 10mm at 50% by weight of micro concrete (if thickness is 100mm or more) and water as per data sheet and pouring into the shuttering by hopper type form work using suitable arrangement for uniform flow of Microconcrete. The side shuttering can be removed after Minimum of 24 hours, preferably 3 days and the bottom shuttering after 7 days ensuring proper bond between the micro concrete and existing concrete substrate. (i) Work to be carried out in patches. (ii) The rates for scaffolding system to be used upto 15 mtr workable height shall be deemed including in the above rates and no extra shall be paid over & above the quoted rates. (iii) Shuttering, steel reinforcement shall be paid in other relevant items measured and paid saperately in respective items

M&L for roof treatment using APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing not less than 3kg/sqm black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt with thermo finish (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) with help of torching with a proplyne or a butane gas using torch with minimum overlap of 75mm at side and 100mm at ends complete all as per manufacturer instructuions. For parapet in a groove (No separate payment will be made and measurement will be done for horizontal surfaces) including applying a coat of heat repallant bitumen aluminium two coat paint @ 0.45 liter per Sqm each coat and over primer on top of treated surface of roof complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Mud in roofs, any thicknes,any material including plastering, brick bats, existing tretement and cleaning (whether full thickness removed or only or part there of) etc in all respect and preparing it for further treatment and taking out and disposal of debris & rubbish to a distance exc 1 Km but not exc 1.5 Km complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling/Demolition/Chipping carefully loose/distressed portions of reinforced cement concrete to a depth or thickness varying from 10 mm to 100mm (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) work by means of sharp chisel, low impact hamer without damaging existing strong concrete upto the suitabale depth of unsound concrete in beams, roofs, chajjas, columns, staircase, landing, parapets, soffits of slabs and similar suspended work etc incl disposal of broken material/malba to the distance of 50m complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Work to be carried out in patches. (ii) The rates for scaffolding system to be used upto 15 mtr workable height shall be deemed including in the above rates and no extra shall be paid over & above the quoted rates.

M&L screed laid 15mm thick in CM 1:4 as in roof over green concrete surface finished even and smooth using Lequid WPC complete all as specified. Note :-Lequid WPC will be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete in type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding, laid to (consolidated thickness 65mm or less) as leveling course, laid and compacted in min slope 1:30 over roof complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Shuttering: Providing & fixing and removing leak proof Shuttering of Plywood Or Steel for micro concrete at all levels with necessary supporting system to keep the shuttering in position during pouring of Microconcrete. Rate includes all material, labour for fixing, removing and keeping in position till the setting of Micro concrete and removing the shuttering. (i) Work to be carried out in patches. (ii) The rates for scaffolding system to be used upto 15 mtr workable height shall be deemed including in the above rates and no extra shall be paid over & above the quoted rates.

M&L for Applying evenly a tack coat of in dustrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed

External Cement plaster: Providing and applying 15mm thick plaster using CM (1:3) for 1st coat and (1:2) for second coat including waterproofing admixture such as ShaliPlast IW of STP Ltd or Sika India, Fosroc , Dr. Fixit, equivalent @ 150 ml per 50 kg of cement etc. complete. (i) Work to be carried out in patches. (ii) The rates for scaffolding system to be used upto 15 mtr workable height shall be deemed including in the above rates and no extra shall be paid over & above the quoted rates.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of damaged concrete and surface preparation: M&L for Surface preparation including removal of all loose particles, plaster, tiles, laitance, dust, curing compounds, floors hardeners, oil, grease, fat, bitumen and paint, other fixtures etc. Removal of existing affected, distressed, loose cover concrete including loose damaged concrete from slab up to beyond the corroded steel reinforcements to a depth of 10 mm minimum behind the reinforcement only at affected concrete (Good & sound concrete should not be chipped / damaged) by chipping / hacking with chisel and hammer or by mechanical means like light weight chisel hammer, pneumatic chippers, making saw cut at periphery to avoid feather edge and removal and disposal of debris at designated location within plant premises including labour, tools, electricity, plant and machineries etc. complete as directed by Engg.in charge. Depth of chipping may vary upto 100 mm. Cleaning of rust/ scales/corrosion from reinforcement bars using high pressure water jetting etc. complete. (i) Work to be carried out in patches. (ii) The rates for scaffolding system to be used upto 15 mtr workable height shall be deemed including in the above rates and no extra shall be paid over & above the quoted rates.
