The required prior work experience for the bidder varies. For some cases, it is 5 years of post-qualification experience in IT or Computer Science or related fields. Additionally, the bidder should have experience of providing similar type of services for 3 years to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. For similar works completed, the conditions are: - Two similar services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - One similar service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Three similar completed services costing not less than the amount equal to 40% (forty percent) of the estimated cost; 2. One similar completed service costing not less than the amount equal to 80% (eighty percent) of the estimated cost. For some types of consultants, the required prior work experience is: - For M And E Consultant, the bidder should have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience. - For Professional Consultant, the bidder should have 0 to 3 years of experience. The bidder should also have supplied same or similar Technical category services for 40% of Bid quantity (Minimum 20 consultant) in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. Additionally, the required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years for the same or similar services, with a minimum average annual turnover of 420 Lakh (which is equivalent to 4.2 Crore) for 3 years.
