Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched, design mix or nominal mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC. NOTE: M25 (1 : 1 : 2 i.e. 1 cement : 1 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, pedestals, bases of columns, lift pit walls etc. for concrete. Complete all as per specifications or in all respect as directed by the EIC.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to all level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Structural steel work in frames, covers, roofs using tubular section (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) tees, flats, bars, chequered plates, inserts fabricated out of mild steel bars, angles, pipes, plates, foundation bolts etc. of all shapes, sizes including supplying, cutting, fabricating, welding, erecting, making holes/ chases wherever required and fixing / embedding in position in concrete/ masonry work with necessary hold fasts/ screws & rawl plugs and finishing the concrete / masonry work after fixing / embedding including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour on all surfaces over a coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.(YSt-310 steel grade / as per approved drawings, as directed by EIC) .

Providing and fixing 12mm thick frameless toughened glass Cladding / door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing arrangement and making necessary holes, supporting pins/hinges etc. for fixing required Cladding/ door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. (Door handle, lock and Stopper etc.to be paid separately). Note: Cladding work of LIFT Shaft shall be completely leak proof.

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material outside IPR campus lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Work shall be done with out damaging other parts of the building and services except designated part by EIC. Complete for all heights and all leads as directed by the EIC. Note: The quoted rate shall be inclusive the cost of Scaffolding as required to complete the work.

Demolishing Cement Concrete, stone flooring manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material out side IPR campus as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. Work shall be done with out damaging other parts of the building and services except designated part by EIC.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and including stacking of serviceable material within IPR campus and disposal of unserviceable material out side IPR campus as per direction of EIC: Of area 3 sq. metres and below. Work shall be done with out damaging other parts of the building and services except designated part by EIC.

Providing & Grouting of Columns/foundations bolts/ base plates/ dowel tubes / Shear keys / Joints of precast members with GP2 cementitious grout (Non Shrink) of approved make by suitable means ( Free flowing /pump),curing etc. Complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.) Stirrer mixed cementitious grout (non shrink) of approved make in column/foundations bolts/ dowel tubes / Shear keys / Joints of precast members.

Providing and laying of 12 mm Cement Plaster of mix:1:4 (1cement:4sand),Complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: The Plaster should be of single coat Smooth Mala finished.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coat or More. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Supplying and filling in plinth, any other locations with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

25 mm thick Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing, rough complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Brick work with common burnt clay selected F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5.0 in exposed brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10 mm wide 12 mm deep complete in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). Complete in all respect as directed by EIC. From ground level/plinth level up to floor V level

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On concrete work: Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing fire resistant door frame of section 143 x 57 mm having built in rebate made out of 16 SWG G.I. sheet (zinc coating not less than 120 gm/sqm) duly filled with vermiculite based concrete mix, suitable for mounting 60 minutes fire rated door shutters. The frame is fitted with intumescent fire seal strip of size 10x4 mm (minimum) all-round the frame and fixing with dash fastener of approved size and make, including applying a coat of approved brand fire resistant primer and powder coated finish etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing 50 mm thick glazed fire resistant door shutters of 60 minutes fire rating conforming to IS:3614 (Part-II), tested and certified as per laboratory approved by Engineer-in-charge, with suitable mounting on door frame, consisting of vertical styles, lock rail, top rail 100 mm wide, bottom rail 200 mm wide, made out of 16 SWG G.I. sheet (zinc coating not less than 120 gm/m2) duly filled Fire Resistant insulation material (rock wool /mineral wool ) and fixing with necessary stainless steel ball bearing hinges of approved make, including applying a coat of approved fire resistant primer with powder coated finish, including all necessary items, vision panels (size 200 mm x 300 mm, 6 mm glass) etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing panic bar / latch (Double point) fitted with a single body, Trim Latch & Lock on back side of the Panic Latch of reputed brand and manufacture to be approved by the Engineer- in- charge, all complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (as per IS code : 3564 / relevant IS code, suitable to single leaf fire door), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete. Approved by the Engineer- in- charge, all complete.

Designing and submission of Architectural and Structural drawings of Structural steel staircase and Structural steel lift shaft for installing 6 person capacity passenger lift for a G+2 building, from an AMC/ GMC approved qualified Structural Engineer, including liasioning and obtaining Lift license/ NOC for operation of passenger lift, from statutory body, including preparing submission drawings (in .dwg / any other format as required) or modifying existing building drawings for submission and approval etc, complete, in all respect or as directed by EIC. Note: 1. The contractor shall submit the design drawing from structure engineer/ Architect to Institute for clearance before start of execution of work at site. Modification or suggestion if any shall be incorporated and revised drawing shall be submitted for clearance to Institute. 2. If Required, Existing Guest House building drawings shall be shared with Contractor. 3.Statutory fees for obtaining NOC from Lift Inspector/ statutory body shall be paid by Institute upon submission of challan from statutory body.
