Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded with material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30 conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader/manually on prepared surface and including compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (The rate to include the cost of providing Vibratory Roller for compaction)

Providing and laying in position Plain cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) of specified grade including the cost of centring and shuttering - All work up to plinth level, complete all as per specification or as directed by the EIC.

Reinforced cement concrete of grade M-30 upto plinth level conforming to IS 456-2000 and 13920 latest edition, at all floors and levels for all structural members in all geometrical shapes/ design as per drawings using graded stone aggregate of 20mm and down graded including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing, etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications & as directed by Engineer in Charge. Notes for RCC Works: a) All RCC works shall be controlled concrete unless otherwise specified and shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. b) The rates for RCC works shall be exclusive of cost of reinforcement and form work unless otherwise mentioned. d) All coarse aggregate to be 20mm maximum size and uniformly graded unless otherwise mentioned. e) For all RCC items, the rates quoted shall include the following without any extra cost to the Dept. i) Spacers to maintain clear cover for reinforcement. ii) Fixing at correct level and in proper alignment the inserts, pipe sleeves, pipe bends, fan hooks, other pipe specials etc. supplied by/ through the Department. iii) Cut out in slabs, construction joints etc. f) Test for concrete shall be done as per IS 456-2000 and the cost of the same shall be borne by the contractor.

Providing, laying, position and fixing of Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with soft drawn annealed binding wire of dia not less than 1mm with 2 stands etc., all complete up to all level. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC. Thermo-Mechanically Treated reinforcement bars of grade Fe-500D or more, Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, chequered plates, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a yellow priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 1. Rate to include making holes & welding as required to complete the work all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. 2. The hinges, bolts etc. required for completion of entire work shall be measured & paid for, under this Item only.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on M.S. plate/Chequered plate/ Round/ Angle/ Rectangular or any other section as required to complete the work. Two or more coats on new work. Note: Actual area of painted surface of each element shall be measured and paid in square meter. Rate for the item is to be quoted considering the mode of measurement as above.

Providing and Fixing 12mm dia & 150mm long Chemical anchored fasteners of M/s Hilti make anchor HIT-V-5.8 M12 *150 & M/s Hilti make Injectable mortar adhesive, HIT-RE-500 for fixing of base plate of structure column/staircase/other member with existing RCC or any other element including necessary drilling, blowing, cleaning etc., all tools & tackles required for proper fixing of Chemical Anchor. Complete all as per Manufacture's Specification or as Directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: 1.The Installation Should be done through authorised applicator and as per strictly Manufacture's Specification. 2. The quoted Rate should be inclusive of drilling through encountered reinforcement (if any) with appropriate drilling machine.

Providing and fixing Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for RCC paving work, pedestals etc,complete all as per specifications or in all respect as directed by the EIC.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks of 80mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colours, designs & patterns/shapes in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Rate to include providing & using sand as per specification.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made Kerb Stone of M-25 grade cement concrete of required size & shape i.e. L shape/Half Batter / Splay/Square/Bull nose/Trench Kerb or any other shape as required complete the work , in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment).(Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge), complete all as per specification of as per direction of EIC.

Providing and Constructing Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5.0 in foundation and plinth, all works in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Providing and laying CEMENT PLASTER 12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4(1cement:4sand),Complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: The Plaster should be of single coat Mala finished.

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : Inside size 90x80 cm and 50 cm deep including D.I. cover with frame (Medium duty) 450x600 mm internal dimensions, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 70 kg. Complete all as per specification or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Constructing brick masonry manhole Same as Item no. 16 of this Tender but with D.I. Grating Cover cover with frame (Light duty) 450x600 mm internal dimensions, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 38 kg. Complete all as per specification or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Retro-reflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm dia meter made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro -reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge . Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x 50 x 6 mm Angle post made of M.S. angle 2.0 m long ( Embedded with 500mm depth & hold fast with 2nos 250mm support at bottom ) welded to the frame .Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-2 class 250mm dia R.C.C. pipes including collars/ spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, assembling, and fixing in horizontal position in pathway and other location, to make arrangement to pass the water ,unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of 150mm dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Making a Percolation Well including followings. 1. Boring/drilling bore well of 300mm dia in all type of soil for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, up to 25 metre depth below ground level. 2. Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of 150mm nominal dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. 3. Gravel packing in tube well construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/ medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge., Complete all as required to make the percolation well function at site as per specification or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, laying stone pitching 22.5 cm thick laid in courses and required profile with hammer dressed stones having no side less than 15 cm, with minimum depth of 20 cm including preparing the bedding surface ,providing 75 mm dia PVC pipe weep holes at a 1.5 sqm area etc. all complete. Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine) all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and using a Tandem road roller/any other Vibratory road roller of minimum 8 to 10 tonne including operator & fuel etc., for compaction of soil at at other location within IPR campus Site to achieve desire density as required or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and using a JCB for Excavation & Dressing etc., works including operator & fuel etc., for excavation, and backfilling, spreading , transporting of soil at other location within IPR campus Site as required or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.

Two or more coats of Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Removing, Stacking at near by locations within IPR campus & re-fixing of existing kerb stone avaialbe with Institute in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment).(Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge), complete all as per specification of as per direction of EIC.
