Providing and applying white cement based putty two or more coat to achieve required finish on wall, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour In TWO coat. Note:- Rates includes scaffolding, crack opening and filling with approved filler material (filling cracks - SBR polymer with cement as per manufacturers specification). Measurements will be done as per relevant IS Code. Complete all as directed by EIC.

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New /old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm, including scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Rates includes scaffolding, surface preparation, removing of old paint / lime washing as required, appying wire brush on existing surface, washing, crack opening and filling with approved filler material (filling cracks - SBR polymer with cement as per manufacturers specification). The paint coefficient will be 1.00 irrespective of applying on plain / sand face plaster / brick surface. No extra measurement will be paid for painting on rough or sand face plaster or brick surface with groove. Complete all as directed by EIC

Providing and Applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint on old doors and windows, MS members using 1st quality paint from approved manufacturer of approved colour and shade to give an even shade including scaffolding, removing of old existing paint that is soft, blistered, loose or flanking & cleaning old surface, preparing the surface to receive paint including filling cracks and creaves with Putty or other approved filler materials, applying oil primer coats / anti corrosive zinc based yellow primer to steel work. cost also includes thinner, filler, putty, primer and other materials, necessary labours etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge at all heights, in all floors. Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC or masonry work as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer.

Providing & Applying polymer modified, flexible cementatious negative side waterproofing coating with elastic waterproofing polymers on interior wall plaster surface in three coats @14.35 kg /10 sqm. one coat of self priming of cementatious waterproofing polymer(dilution with water in the ratio of 1:1) and two coats of cementatious waterproofing polymer (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1 ) after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove pre-existing paint film & loose particles till plaster is visible, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-Rates includes scaffolding, crack opening and filling with approved filler material.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2). Plastering 25 mm average thickness in 2 layers.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) : Treatment of existing floor or joint of floor and skirting using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole at 300 mm interval including 12 mm drilling holes in RCC (if any) and plugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) with matching colour pigment to the full depth of the hole : With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.

Providing and fixing sunfilm matching with existing sunfilm-Garware G-20 SRC or 3M or ALKOR. Rates includes fixing by authorized agency with scaffolding at all height and taking out of old damage film (if required). Measurement will be take of actual work done. Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). Note:- Rates includes scaffolding ,staging & surface preparation. Measurement will be taken in actual area to work to be done, no additional labour rate will be made. Work to be complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns).The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, filling of existing crack (if any) with cement and SBR polymer paste, omplete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing of crackes of the Gypsum board/Particle board false ceiling including screwing where ever required, repairing damaged ceiling, treatment to the cracks including fixing tape etc and making the ceiling in good condition (fixing of new gypsum board for closing of hole, if required) for painting with required material, scaffolding etc direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. - Note: Contractor should visit the site to understand the repairing work before quoting the tender.

Providing and laying Dholpur stone slabs 18-20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, sill, jamb, dado and pillars laid on 15 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.

Providing and laying Dholpur stone slabs (Pink / Red) 30 mm thick polished/ rough in floor etc.in required design and pattern wherever required, stones of different finished surface texture, laid on 30 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with white/grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying of glass lapi/putti with glass pins including removing of old glass lapi without damage to the glass as instructed by EIC inlcuding scaffolding, disposing of debris etc, for any heights, leads and lift. (Putty conforming to IS 419 shall be prepared by mixing one part of white lead with three parts of finely powdered chalk and then adding the boiled linseed oil to the mixture to form a stiff paste and adding varnish to the paste @ 1 litre of varnish to 18 kg. of paste)

Providing and fixing of seasoned second class TEAK WOOD BATTENS of required size and class specified below for Glass fixing etc, including removing of the old damaged batten without damage to the glass including scaffolding, nail, screw, disposing of the damaged replaced glass outside campus for any heights, leads and lift. Using Second class seasoned TEAK WOOD. of Approximate size 10 x 10 MM -------- (Measurement will be taken in Rmt of the fixed batten)

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3 mm thick Note: APP membrance to be apply over GI water supply line (conceal / under ground / open)

Providing and fixing G.I 65 mm diameter and 750 mm long rain water spout in cement concrete (1:2:4) with SBR polymer, surface finish and matching with existing surface with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) and SBR polymer, including dismantling existing pipe, dismantling of concrete while removing the pipe using breaker, and fixing with new GI pipe, water proofing chemical @ 2% by wt. of cement or manufacturer specified. Rate also includes scafolding, centering, Priming & painting of GI pipe, etc as necessary to complete as per direction of E-I-C. GI pipe spout

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface (taking out of existing treatment if required) as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. (c) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test.“All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge :

Providing and applying two or more coat of silicon based water repellent coating on dholpur/brick with filling of Horizontal and vertical joints with matching cement based colour pigment. Rate including scaffolding (at any height), filling the cracks and crevices with approved filler material (Dr. Fixit Crack X or equivalent), preparation of the surface so that surface becomes free from all debris, dirt, oil, grease, wax and all other contamination which could prevent penetration.etc. To improve penetration, Apply second coat wet on wet.Complete as per manufacturer specification and as directed by EIC. NOTE: Required Paint coefficient has to be considered in the quoted rate. Hence separate coefficient will not be considered while measuring the area for painting and area will be measured flat. The paint coefficient will be 1.00 irrespective of applying on dholpur stone cladding / Brick /plaster/ sand face plaster surface etc. No extra will be paid for rough surface. - (1) Coating - Dr Fixit Repellin WR (product no-103) (2) Crack filler - Dr. Fixit Crack X or equivalent

Item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement / plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more. 2. Voids @20% for solids and 50% for rock shall be dedcuted from fully loaded truck measurement to arrive at the net quantity for payment in case of direct measurement is not possible. 3. The cost is inclusive of necessary permisiion from statutory authorities for dumping the debris/excess earth outside department premises

Providing and laying China mosaic treatment over cement mortar / RCC roof including Dismantling, Scraping, removing and cleaning the existing treatment (china mosaic / plaster) by chiseling or other means, including cleaning with wire brushes and coir brooms, disposal of unserviceable material out side Institute’s campus, including finishing the surfaces to receive new treatment, Applying of a coat of cement slurry at rate of 2.75 kg/Sqm mixed with water proofing compound is spread uniformly over the prepared surface, back coat of 30 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 including using approved water proofing compound like as per manufacturers specifications and broken pieces of white glazed tiles (6mm thick) set on 5mm thick neat coat of cement slurry of consistency of honey and top finished with white cement to required levels & slopes on barrel roof, making groove of 6 mm x 6 mm size in top finish in required panels, curing, scaffolding, tools and tackles, all as per specifications at all leads and lifts and at any height and space in the terrace and as directed by the Engineer – in – charge.
