The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have executed at least 2 projects with a contract value of not less than 100 Lakh for each contract of providing manpower services to Central/ State Government Departments/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies in the last 3 financial years. The bidder should have also executed at least 2 projects with the supply of 30 manpower in each contract of providing manpower services to Central/ State Government Departments in the last 3 financial years. The bidder must have experience of 3 years in providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The minimum average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years should be 402 Lakh. For specific designations, the required prior work experience is 5 years for the designation of PHOTOGRAPHER SPECIALIST and 2 years for the designation of PHOTOGRAPHER CUM VIDEOGRAPHER and VIDEOGRAPHER. Valid proof of experience includes contract copy along with Invoice(s), execution certificate by client with contract value, or any other document in support of contract execution. The minimum average turnover of the agency for the last three years should be Rs. 402,00,000/- (Four Hundred Two Lakhs) or more.
