The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder must have experience for 3 years of providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU, or 1 year for same/similar service, or 3 Years of experience in same/similar service. 2. Past Performance: The bidder must have provided services during each of the Financial year. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: 1. Years of Past Experience required: 3 years or 1 year 2. Percentage for Purchase preference to Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs): 15% of margin of purchase preference /price band The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: 1. Certified Audited Balance Sheets of relevant periods or a certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period. 2. Copies of relevant contracts / orders to be uploaded along with the bid in support of having provided services during each of the Financial year. 3. Relevant documentary evidence in respect of the offered service, if the bidder wants to avail the Purchase preference for services. 4. OEM Authorization Certificate 5. Certificate from the seller (as requested in ATC) 6. Additional Doc 1 (as requested in ATC) 7. OEM Certificate Additionally, the bidder should have a Service Centre within Gujrat state and should not provide Chinese Make Origin products of CCTVs accessories.
