Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of following sizes electronic, self-balancing, pressure independent type dynamic balancing valve with integrated 2 way modualating control valve in a single body. The actuator shall be capable of accepting upto 10V DC and upto 20mA electric signal and shall provide similar transduced feedback output to control system. Maximum close off pressure shall not be less than 6 Bar for upto 50 mm valves and 7 Bar for 65 mm & above. Valves should have pressure rating of 25 Bar minimum. 65 mm dia.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of Automatic Air Purge Valve at AHU chilled water outlet pipe duly insulated to the same specifications as the connected piping and adequately supported as per specifications. - 20mm dia.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Motorized (ON-OFF Type) duct mounted GI volume control damper and necessary control wire (minimum 1.5 sqmm) for integration within AHU room controle panel ( The unit shall comprise relay module and Auxilary relay unit for operation on receipt of emergency analoge/ digital signal )

DUCTING AND GRILLS : Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.-

INSULATION: Supplying and fixing of following thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class “O”) insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required. - 25 mm

Supply and fixing of acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenum with 25 mm thick resin bonded glass wool having density of 32 kg/m³, with 25 mm X 25 mm GI section of 1.25 mm thick, at 600 mm centre to centre covered with Reinforced Plastic tissue paper and 0.5 mm thick perforated aluminum sheet fixed to inside surface of ducts with cadmium plated nuts, bolts, stick pins, CPRX compound etc. complete as required and as per specifications.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Rigid PVC drain piping of 10 Kg / Sq. Cm. of pressure rating for the units with insulation as per specifications and suitable for following pipe sizes. 40 mm (13 mm plain sleeve & not self sleeve)

Providing 0.63mm thick plane aluminium cladding over the insulated HVAC GI Duct complete with bend curves, flanges, nut bolts/revets etc complete as requred.

ELECTRICAL PANEL : Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor Wall mounted type factory built bolted, modular, ,sectionalised, compartmentalized type MV cubicle panel (Partially Type Tested Assembley) of suitable size suitable for operation on 433 volts, 50 Hz AC 3 phase 4 wire supply system fabricated from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and covers, 3mm thick for gland plates with stiffeners wherever required, having vibration free structure chemically treated with seven tank process before painting for surface treatment and powder coated in approved shade, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25mm X 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, coneections and interconnection with solid copper conductor wires / copper strips, neutral links, control wiring with 1.5 sqmm. & 2.5sqmm. PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor S/C cable for voltage & current respectively, including providing and fixing following switch gears and as per technical specifications etc. complete as required. Degree of protection shall be IP 42 All outgoing shall be provided with Stop / Manual /Auto selector switch to facilitate operation through BMS. All starters / vfd shall be provided with potential free Contact for Connections to Building Automation System.The panel shall include the following components and accessories.a) Suitable Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) suitable for Blower motor of Exhaust unit / TFA unit. b. 4P MCB OF CAPACITY 32A, suitable for motor duty and able to withstand fault level of 10 KA. c. Terminal block for power distribution.d. Aux. Contactors with NO NC, e. Phase indicating lights and indicating light for ON status.f. Multifunction meter with RS 485 comminication.g. Control Wiring for Motorised VCD/ Fire Damper/ Incoming Potential free connection (Digital / Analog) j. For on/off/remote and local operation, 3 pole single selector switch shall be provided in each AHU panel to facilitate override of the automatic operation.k. All Drive shall be provided with suitable potential free contract for connections to the Building Automation System.l. 3 Nos of Single Pole MCB's Shall be provided at the incoming section of the starter panel / DDC panel for , fire damper actuator & as a spare.220 / 24 V TransformerThe number of AHU/ Exhaust control panels shall be as follows.(Note: Option of micro processor based panel can also be accepted)

All dampers ( 7 Nos) shall remain open during emergency operation.
