Removing of Signs comprising following components: a) Sign Structure:75 x 75 mm, 2 mm thick M. S. square pipe, hot dipped galvanized fixed to the base plate with the gusset plates and supported with the Precast RCC element as per the drawings provided. Prewelded bolts fixed with the cast in situ concrete base in the ground. b) Sign Panel (1 or 2 no.s sign panel) :Fabricated out of 1.2 mm thick Aluminum tray (front and back) . c) All the dismantle debris (concrete foundation) shall be removed from site and make the site clean and leveling as per the direction of Engineer in charge. d) 1 No.s of Precast RCC members and 75 x 75 mm, 2 mm thick M. S. square pipe, fixed to the base plate with the gusset plates shall be shifted in the vicinity of 2000 Mtr in the institute as per the direction of Engineer in charge. Note: (i) Buy back: Sign Panel Fabricated of 1.2 mm thick Aluminum tray (front and back) with internal MS framework. The buy back cost of dismantle material shall be included in this item.

Refixing Signs as per specifications and drawings, comprising following components: Sign Structure: Providing of Cast in situ foundation of size 600X600X600 mm with M20 grade concrete including excavation,back filling and site cleaning etc. complete as per direction of engineer in charge. Existng 75 x 75 mm, 2 mm thick M. S. square pipe, hot dipped galvanized to be fixed to the base plate with the gusset plates and supported with the Precast RCC element as per the drawings provided. Prewelded bolts to be fixed with the cast in situ concrete base in the ground. Providing and fixing mild steel holding down Bolts with nuts and washer plates complete etc. as required. New Sign Panel:Fabricated out of 1.2 mm thick Aluminum tray (front and back) cut and bend to size with edges finished to match the desired shape and design intent as indicated in the drawings. Aluminum sheets to be powder coated in desired RAL colour with PVDF coating and fixed on hot dipped galvanized MS framework and shape as indicated in the drawings. Providing and pasting of printed / plotter cut Retro Reflective vinyl based on graphic content and template provided for each location as per content provided by Institute. Removing of Non-illuminated signs comprising following components: a) Sign Structure:2 No.s of Precast RCC members erected together with cast in situ foundation as per the drawings provided. b) Sign Panel:Fabricated out of 1.2 mm thick Aluminum tray (front and back) c) All the dismantle debris (concrete foundation) shall be removed from site and make the site clean and leveling as per the direction of Engineer in charge. d) 2 No.s of Precast RCC members. hall be shifted in the vicinity of 1000 Mtr in the institute as per the direction of Engineer in charge. Note (i) Buy back: Sign Panel Fabricated of 1.2 mm thick Aluminum tray (front and back) with internal MS framework. The buy back cost of dismantle material shall be included in this item.

Fixing Non-illuminated signs as per drawings with providing M 20 grade, Cast in situ foundation not exceeding size 600 x 600 x 600mm and as per the direction of Engineer In charge. a) Sign Structure: existing 2 No.s of Precast RCC members (removed from item no ) to be erected together with cast in situ foundation as per the drawings provided with proper line and level etc. b) Providing and fixing of Sign Panel:Fabricated out of 1.2 mm thick Aluminum tray (front and back) cut and bend to size with edges finished to match the desired shape and design intent as indicated in the drawings. Aluminum sheets to be powder coated in desired RAL colour with PVDF coating and fixed on hot dipped galvanized MS framework and shape as indicated in the drawings. Vinyl Application:Face to receive self adhesive Retro Reflective vinyl artwork. Providing and pasting of printed / plotter cut Retro Reflective vinyl based on graphic content and template provided for each location as per content provided by Engineer In Charge. Shifting of dismanteled sign board including concrete members comprising following components in the vicinity of 2000 Mtr in the institute as per the direction of Engineer in charge:

Two panels will fit together with Nut bolt system.Vinyl Application:Face to recieve self adhesive vinyl artwork. Providing and pasting of printed vinyl based on graphic content and template provided for each location with self adhesive vinyl, plotter cut to shape & to be pasted as per the drawings. Content will be provided by the Institute at the time of execution.

Fixing of Signs as per specifications and drawings, comprising following components: Sign Structure: Exisitng 3 to 5.7 mtr. height GI tubular pole having 80-150 mm outer dia (max). Powder coated with PVDF coating in desired RAL colour M.S. brackets 25x5 mm thick with Powder coated with PVDF coating in desired RAL colour 50x5 mm MS plate with fixing for nut bolt (Powder coated ) required for mounting sign panels (Size 1.075x0.55 meter) on square/octagonal poles as shown in the drawing. Bracket Dimensions shall suit the size of the sign panel (1.075x0.55 meters) brackets are designed to withstand the specified sign panel size and wind loads. Adjustments in bracket can be made based on requirements and site conditions. Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including form work etc as required.
