CHILLED WATER PIPING Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with following closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber of minimum 45 Kg / m3 density, thermal conductivity 0.037 W/MK or better at 20 deg mean temperature class ‘O’ insulation applied by suitable adhesive complete including repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect. Note:-The Pipes of sizes 150 mm & below shall be M.S. ‘C’ class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150 mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35 mm thick M.S. Supplying, Fixing,testing and commissioning of fire dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air path as and where required of required sizes i/c control wiring,the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal complete as required and as per specifications.

INSULATION Supplying and fixing of following thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class “O”) insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. ELECTRICAL PANEL Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor Wall mounted type factory built , modular,sectionalised, compartmentalized type MV cubicle panel of suitable size suitable for operation on 415 volts + 10%, 50 Hz AC 3 phase 4 wire system, fabricated from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and covers, 3mm thick for gland plates with stiffeners wherever required, having vibration free structure chemically treated before painting for surface treatment and powder coated in approved shade, earth stud, coneections and interconnection with solid copper conductor wires / copper strips, neutral links, control wiring with 1.5 sqmm. & 2.5sqmm. PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor S/C cable for voltage & current respectively, including providing and fixing following switch gears and as per technical specifications etc. complete as required. Degree of protection shall be IP 42 All outgoing shall be provided with OFF/ Manual /Auto selector switch to facilitate operation. Starter panel shall be BAS Compatible with provisions for 1) ON/OFF Status signal (Potential free) 2) TRIP (potnetial free) 3) 2Way 2Pole Switch (AUTO/MANUAL provision) with status 4. Remote Operation (relay based) provision for integration with DDC Controllers; The panel shall include the following components and accessories. a) Suitable Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) suitable for Blower motor of AHU. b). 4P MCB of suitable capacity for blower motor 32A, suitable for motor duty and able to withstand fault level of 10 KA. c) .Terminal block for power distribution. d) Phase indicating lights and ON/OFF status. e). Direct Digital Controller with Enclosure Panel Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of DDC controller RTC shall be based on 32 bit microprocessor. The DDC shall either be compact (fixed) IO or with modular IO. Integrated I/O Shall have at least Digital output-04 nos. , Digital Input-6nos., Analogue output-06nos., Analouge input-08nos. universal inputs. Shall communicate with peers or management station software or native Bacnet/IP Protocols on Ethernet LAN only. Shall have at least 02 nos of built in serial communication port with RS485 interface for supporting open Protocols. Shall have facility to add on external non-volatile memory like SD card with capacity to store all I/O data of that particular DDC for at least 03 years. DDC controller shall be UL listed. The DDC panle shall be 16AWG MS RAL 7032 colour, powder coated, wall mounted,IP55 rated of suitable size (not too congested) with proper internal mounting accessories for DDC such as DIN Rails, Terminals Blocks for cable terminations, well dressed for all internal cabling, ferruling, tagging etc. The DDC panel shall have SMPS power supply and other connected peripherals equipments, relays, fuses. Auxiliary power output socket & lamp etc. as required to complete the installation intended usage shall also be part of panels as per technical specification etc. as required. Controller requiring fan for cooling are not acceptable.

Field Peripherals: Instrumentation & controls complete with required fitting and mounting accessories like copper tubing, PVC tubing, terminations, ferruling, tagging, lugs etc. all provided to ensure standard technically acceptable-installation.
