Partition with both side plywood and veneer Providing and fixing veneer finish partition (150mm wide) as per concept design/ drawing. The partition work shall be executed as per following provisions: 1) Wooden framing having 150mm x 25mm thick first class teak wood on all periphery and internal framing (as per required sizes) of first class teak wood kiln seasoned termite treated wood shall be provided in proper line and level. Wooden framing shall be fixed on existing kota stone floor with SS 304 anchor fastener of approved make and required capacity. Contractor shall take proper care of not breaking / damaging the existing kota flooring while anchoring. If any kota stone in flooring is damaged while anchoring / fixing / moving of furniture item, contractor shall make the same good as per existing adjacent kota stone flooring and as suggested by Engineer in charge. 2) 12mm thick IS 710 BWP E-1 plywood shall be fixed on the both side of wooden framing with SS 304 screws, fastener, adhesives etc. complete. 3) 4mm thick veneer of approved make, shade, type and finish shall be fixed on ply surface on both side of partition. 4) All wooden surfaces shall be polished with external grade water base PU polish of approved make, shade and finish. All wooden surface shall be pre-polished. If final coat shall be polished after fixing, contractor shall take care to protect the installed fabric as well as existing adjacent surfaces. The rate shall be inclusive of wooden framing, 12mm plywood, veneer, beading, fastener, screws, adhesive, PU polish, scaffolding, sampling, mock up, rectifying and cleaning of adjacent surfaces etc. complete for all floor, all level and as directed by Engineer in charge. Contractor shall prepare shop drawings and get approval from Architect and Engineer charge prior to execution. Only out to out elevation area of partition including outer frame (one side only) shall be measured for payment.

Partition with ply/ flexi ply and veneer Providing and fixing veneer finish partition (150mm wide) as per concept design/ drawing. Wooden framing shall be fixed with SS 304 anchor fastener of required capacity and of approved make on existing kota stone flooring. Contractor shall take proper care while anchoring in existing kota stone flooring. If any kota stone shall be damage while anchoring, contractor shall make good as per existing kota stone flooring and as suggested by Engineer in charge. Contractor to propose and provide additional framing member at curvature part as per approved shop drawing. 2) 12mm thick IS 710 BWP E-1 plywood shall be fixed on the one/ both side of wooden framing as per drawing with SS 304 screws, fastener of approved make. At curvature part, min 8mm flexi ply shall be used to achieve the shape as per drawing. 3) 4mm thick veneer of approved make, shade, type and finish shall be fixed on ply/ flexi ply surface on both side of partition. 4) All periphery shall be finished with first class teak wood (kiln seasoned and termite treated) member of 150mm wide and 25mm thick. Bottom member shall be fixed in flooring with required anchor. 5) All wooden surfaces shall be polished with external grade water base PU polish of approved make, shade and finish. All wooden surface shall be pre-polished. If final coat shall be polished after fixing, contractor shall take care to protect the installed fabric. The rate shall be inclusive of wooden framing, 12mm plywood, flexi ply, veneer, beading, fastener, screws, adhesive, PU polish, scaffolding, sampling, mock up etc. complete for all floor, all level and as directed by Engineer in charge. Contractor shall prepare shop drawings and get approval from Architect and Engineer charge prior to execution. Only out to out elevation area of partition including outer frame (one side only) shall be measured for payment.

Gypsum Paneling on Closed Stud Providing and fixing of Close stud/ C stud type wall paneling framing system of approved make. All member of framing system shall be as per IS 513, AZ coating 150 GSM. System includes 48x0.6 mm closed/ C stud shall be placed at 600mm c/c in 50x0.5mm floor and ceiling channel. Floor channel shall be cut & bend and braced with wall and closed stud at every 900mm c/c vertically. Floor & ceiling channel is anchored to the existing kota stone flooring (Contractor shall take proper care while anchoring in existing kota stone flooring. If any kota stone shall be damage while anchoring, contractor shall make good as per existing kota stone flooring and as suggested by Engineer in charge) & true ceiling using Rawl plug of size Ø8x45mm/ required size of anchor fasteners of approved make having Pull Out Load-7.5kN at 600mm c/c in centerline manner. Noggin channel made of 48x0.6mm closed stud/ C stud shall be provided at the horizontal joints of the two boards and top of the board in case the top board is not going up to the ceiling / beam bottom and installed with L angle cleat of required size. Screw fixing is done only mechanically either with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment. 12.5mm thick tapered edge plain Gypsum Board (in single layer) having density minimum 600 kg/m3 (conforming to IS 2095 Part 1 : 2011) shall be fixed with drywall screws of required length at minimum spacing of 300mm at centre and 150mm at periphery. Boards shall be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Jointing compound, Joint Paper tape, angle beads at corners. Gypsum board shall be finished with two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved make and shade with required surface preparation and including minimum two coats of suitable primer. Contractor shall take proper care while painting on gypsum board to surround exposed concrete surface. After finishing, gypsum board shall be flush with adjoining surface with provision of groove. Contractor shall co-ordinate the services work in framing as per drawing and as directed by engineer in charge. Total system shall be in plumb, line and level. Rate shall be inclusive of the cost of framing system, gypsum board, support members, fasteners, fixing details etc as provided in standard systems of approved manufacturers etc complete for all level all height. Out to out Area of paneling shall be measured for payment without considering any wastage.

Modular Glass partition system for cabin Providing and fixing modular aluminum glass partition and door system of approved make. Single glazed mullion free glass partition and door using 10mm thick toughen glass/ 6mm thick wired glass and aluminum sections having 50 micron polyester powder coating/ anodized finish of approved make and shade of size 100mm x 30 to 45mm with featured concealed sealing (No visible gaskets/ seals) with acoustic rating of 30 dB with third party test certificate. It shall consists of intermediate slim junction profiles for Glass to Glass vertical joints, 90 Degree L junction and T junction profiles suitably to be used as per partition configuration designs. No visible clip lines to provide clutter free view at both side of section. The Glass to be offset mounted towards outer edge leading to minimum aluminum frame on one side. It shall consist of profile bottom seal pair for additional acoustic. Aluminium profile shall be fixed on existing kota stone flooring with suitable anchoring system as per manufacturer's specification. Contractor shall take proper care while anchoring in existing kota stone flooring. If any kota stone shall be damage while anchoring, contractor shall make good as per existing kota stone flooring and as suggested by Engineer in charge. Infill panel/ shutter - 10mm thick clear toughen glass/ wired glass and as per drawing. All Profiles are minimum 1.5mm thickness excluding of powder coating. Standards applicable - • Structural stability test accordance to BS 5234: Part2:1992 & EN 1991-1-1:2002 • Acoustic test for sound insulation in accordance to DIN EN ISO 10140-2 ASTME - E90 • Aluminum profile sections are manufactured and tested in accordance to EN573-3, EN755-2, DIN EN 12020 T2, non-dimensions manufacturing tolerance deviation DIN ISO 2768-1 or DIN 18202, DIN 1249 DIN EN ISO 12543. Contractor shall prepare shop drawing based on concept drawing and prepare mock-up for approval. Contractor shall coordinate for any type of services in partition system. Work shall be carried out as per approved drawing, as per approved sample and as directed by engineer in charge. Out to out dimension of partition and door system shall be measured for payment. Rate shall be inclusive of cost of 50 micron polyester powder coated/ 25 micron color anodized aluminum framing system for partition and shutter, 10mm thick toughen glass, wired glass, all required hardware for shutter (i.e. door closer, hinge, suitable lock and pair of push pull handle of any shape up to 300mm length etc), fixing accessories, SS 304 fasteners, gaskets, sealants etc. all required to completely install the system as per drawing and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Frosted Film Supplying and applying in position PVC Frosted Glass film having 100 to 130 micron thickness of approved make in any type, size, shade and pattern as approved by Architect and Engineer in Charge on internal glass partitions and glass doors. The Film to be pasted without appearance of any air bubble over the glass surface. The rates shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding, tools / tackles etc. following to the architectural drawings and manufacturer's specifications and / or instructions for all shapes, all heights, all floor, all levels including sampling, mock up as directed by Engineer in charge.

Part-B Ready-Made Furniture Works

Notes - 1) All wooden furniture shall be manufactured from first class Sudan teak wood kiln seasoned termite treated, ply IS-710 BWP E-1, 4mm thick veneer, customized/ readymade fabric as per selection, exterior grade water base PU polish of approved shade and 50 micron polyester powder coated CRC framing of minimum 1.5mm thickness as approved by the Architect and Engineer in charge. 2) Contactor shall prepare General Arrangement drawings for Ready-made furniture and get them approved from the Architect and Engineer in charge. 3) Contractor shall arrange sample or prototype of furniture for approval. Mass procurement shall be carried out only as per approved samples. 4) Contractor shall be responsible for stability of all furniture items. 5) Rate shall be inclusive of connectivity of Multimedia, AV, internet, laptop power, extra power, printer to be given in the table top or below with cable organizer as direted by Architect and Engineer in charge.. 6) The contractor has to propose furniture item from the options or equivalent provided in the annexure sheet. 7) Architect and client reserves the right to select any of the proposed furniture item after review of sample and mock up arrange by Contractor. 8) The look and feel of ST 01,02,03 , T01,01a, T02,T02a shall be similar. 9)Rate shall be inclusive of material, labor, accessories, consumable, fasteners, PU polish, termite treatment, floor protection for all level, all floor, all height, etc complete. 10) All furniture should meet BIFMA standards (If applicable).

Client and the architect have right to choose the readymade furniture items from the various sample supplied and or requested by the client (and or architect). This also includes the custom made sample prepared by the contractor. For the custom made samples, contractor has to submit cost along with detailed rate analysis and shop drawings of the similar products if he has in-house capabilities for the same. Warranty against all manufacturing defects shall be TEN YEARS from the date of issue of the Virtual Completion Certificate and same to be provided on Rs. 300 stamp paper duly notarised. If contractor does not attend the deflects within 15 days from the date of intimation, IIMA reserves the rights to replace/rectify it at contractor’s risk and cost. Basic rates for all readymade furniture items have been provided. The contractor has to obtain prior cost approval of the approved samples of furniture items. Mass production/purchase will be carried out based on approved sample and rate. Recovery or additional payment will be made as the case may be.

T-01; T-01A; T-02 & T-02A - Workstation/Desk:- Supply and installation of workstation / desk having sizes as mentioned below made out of Plywood, laminate, solid wood lipping on all plywood edges and CRS legs based on the specificaitons and inline with the guidance image provided in the annexure for relevant item. The table top, pedestal, desk organiser, box work, drawers, modesty panel, divider panels and footrest shall be made of ply wood having laminate of approved shade and finish on both sides and solid wood lipping on all edges of plywood as required. The supporting vertical legs to be fixed with base plate. All metal surfaces to have 50 micron polyester powder coating of approved shade. Additional metal support to be provoided, wherever required subject to requirement of stability. The side storage unit (Godrej,featherlite or equivalent) shall be made of 50 micron polyester powder coated 0.8mm thick CRC, multiple drawers with telescopic rail and castor wheels. The divider panel shall be of plywood, soft baord with fabric and solid wood lipping - Front panel of 450mm height and side panel of 300mm height. (the basic rate of fabric shall be Rs. 1,000 / Rmt). Necessary cable managers to be incorproated within the furniture to conceal the cables. Necessary pop-up box with socket and swiches (Approx 4 no plug point with indivisual switches, 2 no USB and 2 internet points) for connectivity of Multimedia to AV, internet, laptop power, extra power, printer in the table top or below to be provided. All internal and external surfaces shall have laminate of approved make and shade. All wooden and veneer surfaces shall be finished with exterior grade water base PU/ polish of aproved make and shade. All hardware like hinges, handles / profile handles, lock, magnet catcher / push to open system, channel for drawers shall be of approved make and required. The mock up / sample of the desk needs to get approved from Architect and Client prior to full fledge exeuction.

Part-C Custom-Made Furniture Works

Notes - 1) All furniture shall be manufactured from first class Sudan teak wood kiln seasoned termite treated, ply IS-710 BWP E-1, 4mm thick veneer, customized/ readymade fabric as per selection, exterior grade water base PU polish of approved shade and 50 micron polyester powder coated CRC framing of minimum 2mm thickness as approved by the Architect and Engineer in charge. 2) Contactor shall prepare shop drawings for bespoke furniture and get them approved from the Architect and Engineer in charge. Contractor shall prepare sample or prototype of furniture for approval. Execution shall be carried out only as per approved samples. 3) Contractor shall be responsible for stability of all furniture items. 4) Contractor shall make provision and cordinate for any type of services as required. 5) Rate shall be inclusive of material, labor, accessories, consumable, fasteners, PU polish, termite treatment, floor protection for all level, all floor, all height, etc complete. 6) Rate shall be inclusive of connectivity of Multimedia, AV, internet, laptop power, extra power, microphone, printer to be given in the table top or below with cable organizer as direted by Architect and Engineer in charge. (Approx 4 no plug point with switches. 2 no USB points, 2 no HDMI points and 2 no internet points) 7)All furniture should meet BIFMA standards (If applicable).

T-27 - Conference Table Approximate size (L x W x H) - 2850mm x 600mm x 750mm Supply and installation of table having foldable table top shall be made from plywood, laminate, lipping of solid wood on all plywood edges, 50 micron polyester powder coated CRS polished legs as per reference intent/images. All internal and external surfaces shall be laminate finish of approved make and shade. Supporting Vertical legs shall be fabricated and fixed to the metal base plate,shall be powder coated of approved make, shade and quality. The Modesty panel shall be plywood and veneer finish (of approved make & shade) as shown in reference image fixed to the table. Additional metal support to be provided fixed to the table Wherever required subjected to the stability. Cable management to be incorporated within the furniture to conceal all cables starting from floor to all desks. Connectivity of Multimedia to AV, Internet, laptop power, extra power, microphone in table top/botom shall be provided. All wooden joinery and detailing shall be as per approved design pattern/approved sample. All wooden and veneer surfaces shall be finished with exterior grade water base PU polish of approved make & shade. Hardware of approved make and finish shall be provided as per requirement. Furniture item shall be fabricated as per intent image and specification.

T-20 - Reception Table (Forum Tower Reception) Approximate size (L x W x OH) - 4800mm x 750mm x 1050mm Supply and installation of reception table having 12mm thick back painted glass working top shall be made from plywood, veneer, lipping of solid wood on all plywood edges and side unit with drawers as per drawing. All internal and external surfaces shall be veneer finish of approved make and shade. The side storage unit shall have multiple drawers made of plywood and veneer as per the approved pattern & design.The Box work shall be made from plywood. Drawer all side shall be made of solid wood & Base of the drawer shall be made of plywood and Laminate finish. Cable management to be incorporated within the furniture to conceal all cables starting from floor to all desks. Connectivity Multimedia to AV, Internet, laptop power, extra power, microphone in table top/bottom shall be provided. All wooden joinery and detailing shall be as per approved design pattern/approved sample. All wooden and veneer surfaces shall be finished with exterior grade water base PU polish of approved make & shade. Hardware of approved make and finish shall be provided as per requirement. Furniture item shall be fabricated as per the intent image / drawing and specification up to satisfaction of Architect and Engineer in Charge..

T-30 - Table Approximate size (D x H) - 900mm x 750mm Supply and installation of table having granite stone top shall be made from plywood, granite stone top, 50 micron polyester powder coated CRS polished legs as per reference intent/images. Granite stone Top shall be fixed with the adhesive.Top and base are connected with a bolt that runs the length of the column to ensure strength and durability. Supporting Vertical leg shall be fabricated and fixed to the metal base plate,shall be powder coated of approved make, shade and quality. All joinery and detailing shall be as per the approved design pattern/approved sample. All wooden and veneer surfaces shall be finished with exterior grade water base PU polish of approved make & shade. Hardware of approved make and finish shall be provided as per requirement. Furniture item shall be fabricated as per intent image and specification. Basic rate of granite stone - Rs. 3,000 / Sqm

T-18 - Side Table Approximate size (D X H) - 450mm x 450mm Supply and installation of side table as per approved make and provided intent image or equivalent.

T-25 - Center Table Approximate size (D X H) - 1000mm x 450mm Supply and installation of center table as per approved make and provided intent image or equivalent.
