To meet the experience criteria, bidders or their OEMs (either directly or through resellers) must have completed projects involving the supply and installation/commissioning of similar products within the three financial years preceding the bid opening. This can be fulfilled by: a single order of at least 35% of the estimated bid value; two orders of at least 20% each of the estimated bid value; or three orders of at least 15% each of the estimated bid value. Satisfactory performance certificates from the respective buyer organizations for these orders must be submitted with the bid. For bundled bids, the category related to the primary product with the highest bid value must meet this criterion.
