The required prior work experience for the bidder includes submission of Work Experience Certificates with details such as name of work/project, location, client's name and address, agreement amount, cost of work on completion, and performance report. The performance report should include ratings on quality of work, resourcefulness, financial soundness, technical proficiency, and general behavior. The bidder needs to submit details of similar work experience certificates (FORM-A) and details of similar works executed as part of JV/Consortium (FORM-B). The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years ending on the initial stipulated last date of submission of tenders. The minimum qualifying criteria for similar work experience are: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 400 crore, whichever is less. - Alternatively, two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 500 crore, whichever is less. - Or, one similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 800 crore, whichever is less. For projects having an estimated cost above Rs. 1000 crore, "similar works" shall mean "Residential/Non-Residential Building works of any number of storeys", and the minimum eligibility criteria for similar work experience is defined by considering ECPT as Rs. 1000 Cr. The Average annual Audited financial turnover for the last 3 years shall be at least 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder can use the work experience of its subsidiary company to the extent of its ownership in the subsidiary company. In case of a Company/firm formed after merger and/or acquisition of other companies/firms, past work experience and Financial parameters like turnover, profitability, net worth etc. of the merged/acquired companies/firms will be considered for qualification of such Company/firm. The bidder should also provide the cost of work on completion, including the cost of supplies free of cost or at a fixed rate, which is calculated as (X+Y), where X is the final/approved value of the contract and Y is the cost of items supplied by the employer free of cost or at fixed rates. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes details of similar work experience certificates, which should be submitted along with the tender documents. The bidder needs to provide information about the name of the work, its location, type of work, name of the client, date and number of completion certificate, date of start, date of completion, final/approved value of the contract, and cost of items supplied by the employer free of cost or at fixed rates. The bidder should also provide details of work experience pertaining to "Additional Qualifying Criteria" as per the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT), if any. The values and percentages of similar works completed mentioned are: - 40% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 400 crore, - 50% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 500 crore, - 80% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 800 crore, - 40% of the estimated cost put to tender for Average annual Audited financial turnover.
