The bidder is required to have experience in Operation & Maintenance of works of similar nature, specifically in Government (State/Central), Board, Corporation, and Government Undertaking/Organisations of state & central government. The experience shall be within the last seven financial years, from 2017-2018 to 2023-2024, and up to one month prior to the last date of submission of the bid. The bidder must have successfully completed operation and maintenance for a minimum of 1 year for any water supply system or part of its civil or electromechanical components within the last seven financial years. The experience certificate from the client, equivalent to not below the rank of Executive Engineer, shall be considered. The experience of sublet works shall not be considered. No specific value or percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder needs to provide details of experience of completed work, including the cost of O & M work, brief description of O & M work, and period of completion. In terms of financial capacity, the bidder must have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs 4.0 Crores in any three financial years out of the last seven financial years for Scenario-1, or Rs 10.00 Crores for Scenario-2. The turnover of previous years shall be given additional weightage of ten percent per year to bring them to the current price level.
