The bidder should have experience in successfully completing minimum 1 year of Operation & Maintenance work of PINS Project having its capital project cost of at least Rs. 0.45 Crore (40% of estimated amount put to tender), within the last Five financial years. For a joint venture, the lead partner shall meet not less than 50% of all criteria, and the joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria. The experience of the other joint venture partners shall be considered if it is not less than 30% of the qualifying criteria. Substantially completed works means those works which are at least 90 % completed as on the date of submission. The value of the work is Rs. 127641274.57, and the bidder should have experience in similar works. However, specific percentage of similar works completed is not mentioned. The bidder needs to submit an undertaking to invest a minimum of 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract.
