The bidder should have completed similar work in the last five years for single or multiple tenders. The qualifying quantities for similar major items of work are: - Earthwork (Both Excavation & Embankment): 2500 Cum - River Protraction Work/River Retaining Wall: 400 Rmt - Reinforced Earth Wall (RE Wall): 4000 Sqm The bidder should possess one Graduate Engineer and two Diploma Engineers with not less than five years of experience in construction of similar Civil Engineering works as Project Manager. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 2.36 Cr in any one year, over the last five years. The bidder should have registration in Special Cat. -II or above Road / Bridge. The bidder should submit self-attested copy of certificate of authenticity regarding execution of major items of works during the last 5 years. Details of works executed, including agreement amount, date of commencement, stipulated date of completion, and whether the work is progressing as per the program, are required. The bidder should also provide details of machinery and personnel deployed, and whether the quality of construction is satisfactory. The bidder should provide details of works on hand and performance for the last five years, including percentage of physical completion and amount billed for the work completed, cost of work remaining to be executed, stipulated date of completion, and anticipated date of completion.
