Supply & filling of Good Quality Sand in trench in layers not exceeding 100 mm in depth consolidating each layer by ramming and watering up to required level. manpower, consumables, equipments, handling, tools & tackles etc. used during execution of this activity included in this schedule of item.

Fabrication and installation of Underground Casing Pipes IS-3589:2001 Fe-410/or IS2062 equivalent grade of different thickness or schedule. Job Includes handling, Horizontal Cutting at both sides of Casing Pipes as well as Circumferencial Cutting of Casing Pipes, beveling /edge preparation of Longitudnal direction & Circumferencial Direction, aligning, installation of Casing Insulators, Sand Filling, Mud Application, fit-up, tie-in, welding at both sides of pipes in longitudnal direction as well as Circumferencial Joints, DP, temporary supporting etc. Bentonite Filling, Dewatering, supply and installation of end seals & Painting of Casing Pipe. Excavation upto required depth & Back-filling of the same after successful completion is also included in the scope. All the tool & tackels, equipments, minimum 50 Tonn Crane/hydra, mud pump and supply & installation of required size casing insulator( Every two meter distance maximum), vent & drain pipes of suitable size shall be included in this SOR. Power supply at site shall be in the scope of contractor. Pemission for excavation and Land / Corp compansation shall be in scope of contractor. Excavation and backfilling for identifying underground utilities and existing casing pipe shall be in the scope of contractor. Liasioning with any third party utilities for execution of casing shall be in the scope of contractor. Contractor to provide WPS for welding and test certificates of welding machine and welding rods.

Supply and application of DENSO/RayChem Make tape at underground pipeline as per the Owner’s specification. The job includes the surface preparation and cleaning, edge preparation, wrapping of sleeve/tape, holiday test etc. The supply of all consumables, utilities, equipment, and all manpower required, pipe cleaning and surface preparation and testing including all handling, transportation, etc. included in this schedule of item. The DENSO/RayChem Make tape shall be applied to the fully opened carrier pipe on which casing pipe needs to be installed. The Cold Tape/Denso tape shall be applied in such a way that it should 50% overlapped for which no extra amount shall be claimed by contractor.

Supply and application of Coating Repair PERP HTLP 80 for underground pipeline as per the Owner’s specification wherever coating damage occurs during execution of job. The job includes the surface preparation and cleaning, edge preparation, pre-heating of surface, primer application, wrapping of sleeve/tape, holiday test etc. The supply of all consumables, utilities, equipment, and all manpower required, pipe cleaning and surface preparation and testing including all handling, transportation, etc. included in this schedule of item. Commerical typr LPG cylinder shall be used for pre-heating if required.

Supply and application of Coating Repair filling material Mastic for underground pipeline as per the Owner’s specification wherever coating damage occurs during execution of job. The job includes the surface preparation and cleaning, edge preparation, pre-heating of surface, primer application, wrapping of sleeve/tape, holiday test etc. The supply of all consumables, utilities, equipment, and all manpower required, pipe cleaning and surface preparation and testing including all handling, transportation, etc. included in this schedule of item. Commerical typr LPG cylinder shall be used for pre-heating if required.

Supply and application of R-95 EPOXY for underground pipeline as per the Owner’s specificationwherever coating damage occurs during execution of job. The job includes the surface preparation and cleaning , edge preparation, primer application, wrapping of sleeve/tape, holiday test etc. The supply of all consumables, utilities, equipment, and all manpower required, pipe cleaning and surface preparation and testing including all handling, transportation, etc. included in this schedule of item.

Removal of existing TLPs including all connected cables etc. and pipeline markers along with civil foundation. The job includes equipment and manpower required including handling and transportation to designated GSPL site/terminal.

Supply and Installation of new D-Type TLP with bend as per the GSPL Standard Drawing along with diagram plate including necessary civil Foundation, excavation, backfilling, cables. The supply of all consumables, utilities, equipment, and all manpower required, testing including all handling, transportation, etc. included in this schedule of item. The job is inclusive of required cables and pin brazing as per GSPL specification.

Supply, transportation and installation of new warning Marker on pipeline RoU as per GSPL Standard Drawing including supply of all materials for fabrication, cleaning, two coats of red-oxide and two coats of zebra color (black and golden yellow strips) of approved quality (I S I Mark) paint and marking the number, direction, chainage and pipe size. Excavation upto required size, grouting in 1:3:6 PCC mixture to correct line, level and direction, back-filling & restoration. The work is to be executed as per drawing and direction E.I.C. No separate charges shall be paid for manpower, consumables, transportation, lifting equipments, handling, tools & tackles used during execution of this activity.

In case of OFC damage during execution of casing expansion job, the OFC restoration is in scope of contractor. The job includes fault finding and identification using OTDR. On completion of rectification OTDR to be carried out from both ends within acceptable dB limits. The job involves supply and laying of HDPE conduits with couplers, 24 core OFC Cable, jointing enclosures, OFC pit. No separate charges shall be paid for excavation, backfilling, manpower, consumables, lifting equipments, handling, tools & tackles used during execution of this activity.
