Pit excavation in all type of soil / rock upto the depth of existing GSPL pipeline & HDPE duct / identification of third party utilities if any etc

OFC 24/48 core blowing/pulling/laying including laying of new PLB HDPE duct 50mm dia parallel to existing GSPL HDPE duct & Gas pipeline through Trench excavation (Manual/ Machine i.e. Backhoe) / HDD / Manual boring as mention in scope of work including Site & pipeline route survey for identifing under / above ground utilities and permission (including all liaisoning) from owner of the that third party utilities, protection of that utilities, removal of vegetation, cleaning the water logged area by de-watering pump, trail pit excavation, GSPL pipeline locating & marking, Marking of new route for Trenching / HDD parallel to existing , HDPE Duct intergrity testing if the length of new duct 1000 mtr, OFC blowing and any other work if required are included in this activity other than trench excavation/HDD work & supply & laying of PLB HDPE duct . Note: 1. Separate charges shall not be paid for duct laying in trench / pulling through HDD, transportation, site survey, permission (including all liaisoning), pipeline & cable route locator, protection & compensation for third party utilities/ farmer crops, mobilizing the material & rectification team to site, manpower, consumables, equipments, tools & tackles used during execution of this activity .Bidders/contractor shall pay compensation & penalty to the third party if any & applicable other than statutory fees. 2. Seprate charges shall be paid for Trench & trial pit excavation / HDD work,HDPE duct integrity testing if length of new duct 1000 mtr,. Trench excavation / HDD work rate is inclusive of charges for transportation,loading and unloading, cleaning the water logged area by de-watering pump, laying of new duct, excavation, backfilling, Mannpower, consumable, tools & tackels and equipment including earth excavator like Backhoe, JCB, De-watering pump. 3. In case of OFC cable supplied by GSPL at designated stores. OFC 24/48 core blowing/pulling/ Laying rate is inclusive of charges for transportation of cables from GSPL designated stores to the site, manpower, consumables, equipments, tools & tackles used during execution of this activity.

Supply of PLB HDPE duct 50mm dia as per GSPL Standard Specification and approved make (Jain Irrigation System Ltd. / Parixit Induatries Ltd. / Pennwalt Agru Plastics Ltd. / Vee Kay Plast / Dura-Line India Pvt. Ltd)

Supply of PLB HDPE duct ˃ 50mm to 100 mm dia as per GSPL Standard Specification and approved make.

HDPE duct integrity testing for HDPE duct length ˃1000 mtr after laying/pulling.

OFC 24 / 48 cores cable blowing/pulling/laying in PLB HDPE duct upto 50mm dia as per GSPL standard and specification

Supply of OFC Cable of standard aceptable losses. Rate is inclusive of charges for manpower, transportation & equipments used during this activity.

Supply & Installation of Jointing Enclosure for 24 Fiber Cable, Weather proof at Site, as per Standard Specification and approved make. (Raychem, 3 M , R&M, Commscope ) No separate charges shall be paid for transportation, manpower, consumables, equipments, tools & tackles used during execution of this activity

OFC-24 Fiber Jointing at pit location including preparation of fiber, removal of the sheath, cleaning of the fiber, fixing the fiber to the LIU with proper clamping / ties. Numbering of the fiber using ferrules, splicing the fiber within acceptable dB loss i.e. maintain splicing loss ≤ 0.1 db, if loss above acceptable dB loss then resplcing the fiber,proper routing of the fiber in the cassette. Proper closure of the cassette, connecting the pigtail to the adapter, and marking the same, for 1-24 fibers joints, proper placing the same in OFC chamber. No separate charges will be paid for Pit Excavation & back-filling for particular joint location.

Supply and installation of OFC Chamber/Pit of RCC along with Top-Bottom RCC cover, OFC chamber/pit dia 800-1000 mm, height 600 mm, OFC chamber/pit wall thickness 50 mm, Top cover slab thickness 75mm as per GSPL Standard specification. No separate charges shall be paid for transportation,loading and unloading,excavation, backfilling, manpower & equipment including JCB.

Supply & Installation of OFC joint Pit Marker as per GSPL standard specifications

OTDR Testing including OTDR for fault finding if any, OTDR in 24 fiber from joint location toward both the side, OTDR in 24 fiber from both the end after OFC cable/Joint fault rectification, OTDR using with OTDR 1550nm, Power meter & HOPE testing of Fibers. End to end testing of fibres after jointing and submission of report. Incase of unacceptable dB loss at repair joint same needs to be rectified with-out any cost implication to GSPL. Final end to end OTDR test shall be carried-out for all 24 Fibres & submit the report without any cost implication to GSPL. Note: OTDR for fault finding from station, OTDR in all fibers from cut location on either side for checking fiber joint health & final testing from both end after rectification shall be considered as one activity/visit only as per the site location mentioned in Scope of work where rectification are required. No separate charges shall be paid for patch cord splicing for OTDR connection at joint location, OTDR in case of sacrificial cut for fault finding nearby fault location, patch cord splicing, OTDR if required other than above, manpower, instruments, transportation used during the OFC rectification activity at site location. Rate is inclusive of charges for manpower, instruments, transportation used during this activity. Remarks: OTDR in 2 to 4 fiber for fault finding, OTDR in 24 fiber at cut location toward both the side, OTDR in all fiber from both the end after fault rectification as GSPL EIC instruction.

Complete Link Testing in 24 core/48 core of OFC, HOPE testing of Fibers, End to End with Power Source, Laser Source, OTDR meter working with 1310 nm and 1550 nm from both end including Pigtails, Patch cord for testing. And submission of all OTDR traces between two terminals or across the joints.

The above mentioned services are considered for OFC replacement/rectification work at approximate71 location mentioned in SOW, quantities, length & methodology for repalcement/losses rectification may change as per the actual site requirement & situation

The bids shall be evaluated on the basis of total cost to company.

Bidder should strictly quote as per price bid format only. Any bid not conforming to the price bid formats shall be liable to be rejected.

The taxes and duties indicated above shall be paid against documentary evidence.

Bidder confirm that he has noted the contents of notes to the price schedule, bid document and quoted his prices accordingly without any deviation.

The bidder should quote for all the items. Incomplete price SORs shall not be considered for evaluation.

GSPL shall deduct all necessary taxes from source before making the payment. All such deduction shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Scope mentioned to be read along with scope of work mentioned in RFP document in tender.

GSPL reserves the right to reject any bid without assigning any reason whatsoever

Given Schedule of Rates (SOR) to be treated in conjunction with scope of work/services/supply & terms and conditions given along with enquiry documents.

The above prices is for the complete scope of work /services/ supplies as defined in the bid/enquiry document. Any materials, works/services required for completion of the work as per scope but not defined in the SOR (schedule of rates), the same is deemed to be included in the quoted price as above.
