Demolition including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift. (i) Water proofing work and china mosaic work. The all loading-unloading and transporation of demolised material is in bidder's scope upto any lead/unobjectional area.

All the waterproofing activities shall be carried out by in-house application company of the principal material manufacturer and provide a written corporate Supply Apply Corporate Warranty from the principal manufacturer that all work executed will be free from defects in materials, workmanship and free of leaks for a period of 10 years from the date of Work Completion, unless resulting from structural defects or causes other than the work of this section. Said defects shall be remedied by the principal manufacturer for the period of the warranty without additional cost to the owner for waterproofing material only. Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs,balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineerin-Charge : (The work shall be carried out through approved specialised agency and shall carry ten years performance guarantee. (Plan area shall be measured. No extra payment shall be made for gola, vatas, khurras, water spouts edges etc. )With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm. Rate includes for all lead & lift & as per directed by EIC.

Providing and laying broken china mosaic flooring for terrace using 12 mm to 20 mm broken pieces of glazed tiles to be laid over cement mortar 1:3 to plain or slope and to be tempered to bring mortar creme out upto surface using white cement including rounding off junctions and extending them upto 15 cm along the wall,clearing with water and oxalic acid etc. as directed. (Only plan area shall be measured)

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles 8 to 10 mm thick , 24'' x 24'' in flooring laid on a bed of 20-50mm thick/required thickness cement mortar 1:3 (1-cement : 3-coarse sand) finishing with flush pointing in white cement incl. curing, polishing & cleaning.

Dismentaling tiles of Dedo/ floors/other any type of flooring & Waterproofing laid in mortar including stacking of serviceable materilas and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles (make: AGL, Kajaria, Simpolo, Nitco or equivalent) (Matt/Glossy/anti skid type) 8 to 10 mm thick, 300*300/300*450/600*600/600 * 1200 mm and approved size in dedo/wall tile on 20-50 mm thick/as required cement plaster 1:3 (1- cement : 3-coarse sand) including finised with flush pointing & cleaning the surface etc. complete for as directed by Engineer-in-charge incl. curing, polishing & cleaning. The work includes 8-10 mm thick mortar plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) for making even surface for fixing wall tiles.

Providing and fixing Urinal or approved quality including connecting the Urinal with waste pipe , with Automatic flush Valve Infrared Touchless with installation box with Control Cock © 25mm Water efficient flushing, plumbing fixture etc. complete.(A) White earthenware flat back or corner type size 430mm x 260mm x 350mm/matching existing size. (Hindware, Jaquar, Simpolo make) Urinal shall be compatible with existing urinal sensor to make in working condition.

Shifting of existing urinal and Urinal sensor at Ground floor and First floor. The work includes all types of required accessaries for making working condition after shifting. All required material is in bidder's scope.

Demolition & disposal of Brick and New brick work work using common burnt clay building bricks having crushing strength not less than 35 kg./Sq.Cm. in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1- Cement : 4 -fine sand). The work includes disposal of demolished material upto any lead and required curing etc.

Plumbing work with required size of pipes (For Ground floor and First floor). All plumbing work required for shifting of urinal and wash basin at Ground floor and first floor of A wing at GSPL Bhavan. All plumbing pipe/fittings shall be cpvc (Astral/Supreme make) with different size of diameter as required. Complete plumbing desing is in contractor scope. Contractor shall submit line diagram for approval of GSPL/Architect. All work are in conceal. No extra cost for the same.

Removal of old plaster and carrying out new water proof plaster at VIP canteen Providing 15mm Thick Cement Plaster to Wall surface in single coat for Interior plastering upto all floor level finished even and smooth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1-Cement : 6-sand) finishing with a floating coat of neat cement slurry, using waterproofing compound in mortar mixture and 145 GSM Glass Fibre Net of approved made to R.C.C. and masonary joints, electric and plumbing jari etc. before applying internal and external plastering work. complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 20 mm thick granite stone Vertical Urinal partition fixing including cutting groove in wall and fix with C.M. 1:1 and also fixing front belt Polishing and both side polished including cutting hole making good the same as directed by Engineer-in-charge. At All Floor(For Urinal)

Construction of Sandwitch type Granite Platform for toilet Providing & laying Sandwich platform comprising of a) Sandwich of 18 mm thick single side 1st quality polish granite stone (matching of existing one) of approved size, shade and sample on top and 25 mm thick polished kota in bottom with 25mm thick cement mortar (1:4) in between and 1st quality polish granite stone facia patti fixed with approved adhesive chemical b) At centre vertical sandwich supports of 30 mm thick two kota stone on sides and 20mm CM (1:3) in between and at both end walls vertical supports of 18 mm thick double side 1st quality granite. c) 75 mm raised platform at bottom with Kota on top and 50mm CM (1:4) at bottom, skirting as per design and approved sample. The rate includes rounding, champhering and mirror polishing of edges, facias of granite, MS support including necessary bonding adhesive (if required) of approved make. Rate shall be also inclusive of making holes & cutouts for SS sink, Oval wash basin, Piller tap / Bib tap etc. as directed by engineer in charge. (Only top plan area shall be measured & will be paid). (Work for all floors). The work is including supply and fixing of wash basin (Hindware, Cera, Jaquar or equivalent) in Granite platform and making it working condition. Making hole for pillar tap and etc is in bidder's scope of work.

TOTAL AMOUNT:

Given Schedule of Rates (SOR) to be treated in conjunction with Scope of Work/services/supply and terms & conditions given along with enquiry documents.

The above prices are for the complete scope of wok /services/ supplies as defined in the bid/enquiry document. Any materials, works/services required for completion of the work as per scope but not defined in the SOR (schedule of rates), the same is deemed to be included in the quoted price as above.

The bidder shall quote the prices strictly as per the price bid format. Any bid not conforming to the price bid format shall be rejected.

Rates quoted by the bidder shall remain firm and fixed till the successful completion of work and shall not be revised on any account whatsoever.

The quantity mentioned in SOR is indicative only for bid evaluation purpose. Actual quantity may vary up to any extent without altering finalized unit rates.

Quoted rates shall be inclusive of loading, unloading, freight, lodging, boarding, Mobilisation & Demobilisation charges for material, equipments & crew, insurance etc. and no extra charges shall be payable on what so ever reason.

If the price bid submitted by bidder elsewhere other than Price bid (SOR) stage, the bid shall be rejected and shall not be considered for further bid evaluation.

In case of mixed supply, composite supply and works contract, a single rate of GST shall be applicable. Bidder to confirm SAC code and GST Rate in pre-defined format under Forms & Procedure.

The bid shall be evaluated on the basis of total cost to the company.

Bidder to enter '+ / -' %age of any value for esclation OR discount wrt Base Rate in Cell 'G4'. Based on the entered %age, escalation/discount shall be uniformly applied in "Quoted Unit Rates and Total Amount". For ex. For Escalation of 3% on base rate - enter '+3%' in defined cell; For Discount of 5% on base rate - enter '-5%' in defined cell; For rates same as base rate - enter '0%' in defined cell; If found no entry in %age for escalation/discount, shall be considered as '0%' OR no discount/escalation.

After price bid opening and evaluation, Reverse Auction amongst qualified bidders (H1 Bidder shall be eliminated from Reverse Auction, if 3 or less bidders qualified, all bidders shall be allowed for Reverse Auction) shall be carried out through e-auction portal. Detailed schedule and auction parameters shall be shared to eligible bidders separately

Owner reserves the right to cancel and/or alter bidding process at any stage without assigning any reason. Owner also reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids received at its discretion, without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

GSPL reserves the right to reject any or all bid without giving any reason whatsoever.
