The bidder is required to have experience in developing and completing Data Centre projects during the last 6 years before the Bid Due Date. They must furnish details of all Data Centre projects developed and completed during this period. The experience is measured only for Eligible Projects, where the entity claiming technical experience should have developed and completed the Data Centre projects during the last 6 years. The bidder needs to provide a certificate from the concerned client(s) stating that the eligible works were completed/commissioned during the past 6 years, specifying the value and percentage of similar works completed. However, no specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. In terms of monetary values, the bidder's Average Annual Financial turnover during the last 3 consecutive financial years preceding the Bid Due Date should be at least Rs. 102 Crores, and the Net worth should be at least Rs. 51 Crores as on the end of the financial year preceding the Bid Due Date. Additionally, the bidder is required to submit a Rated 3 or Rated 4 (ANSI/TIA-942) certificate for each of the completed Data Centre projects submitted for qualification, along with an occupancy certificate, building use permission, or completion certificate.
