The bidder should have experience in construction of similar civil engineering works. The Project Manager should have no less than five years' experience in construction of similar civil engineering works. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in the construction of any building project having RCC framed structure done for State or Central Government or Semi-Government, with a specific requirement of completing one similar work (RCC building Frame Structure (G+1)) amounting to Rs. 95.00 Lakh. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder is required to provide information on the value of works completed and remaining to be completed. The Annual Financial Turnover should be Rs. 260.00 Lakh in any one year out of the last five financial years. Additionally, the bidder should have access to, or have available, liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract.
