The bidder is required to have prior work experience in the construction of building projects, specifically with RCC framed structures for State or Central Government or Semi-Government. The bidder should have completed one similar work, an RCC building Frame Structure (G+1), amounting to Rs. 88.00 Lakh. Additionally, the bidder should have a cumulative work on hand and provide details of similar work experience for the last five years. The bidder's Annual Financial Turnover should be Rs. 241.00 Lakh in any one year out of the last five financial years. In terms of similar work experience, the bidder should have performed work as a prime contractor on works of a similar nature over the last five years, with a total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years. The bidder needs to provide information on the total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years, in Rs. Lakhs. The bidder should also demonstrate access to liquid assets of up to 25 percent of the value of the contract. Furthermore, the bidder is required to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract. The available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of work executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should have a Project Manager with no less than five years’ experience in construction of similar civil engineering works. Other key personnel should also have adequate experience as required. The bidder's bid capacity, including existing commitments and ongoing works, should be provided with details such as description of works, place and state, contract number, name and address of the employer, value of the contract in Rs. Cr, stipulated period of completion, and value of works remaining to be completed in Rs. Cr. The required prior work experience includes: - Total value of Civil engineering constructions Work performed in the last five years (in Rs. Lakhs) - Work performed as prime contractor on works of a similar nature over the last five years, including: - Project Name - Name of the Employer - Description of work - Contract No. - Value of contract (Rs.) The values and percentages mentioned are: - Rs. 88.00 Lakh for one similar work (RCC building Frame Structure (G+1)) - Rs. 241.00 Lakh as the Annual Financial Turnover in any one year out of the last five financial years - 25% of the value of the contract for access to liquid assets - 25% of the value of the work for minimum cash investment during implementation of the contract.
