The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed one similar work (RCC building Frame Structure G+1) amounting to Rs. 117.00 Lakh, with a Completion Certificate / 3A Certificate issued by a Competent Govt. / Semi Govt. Authority. The bidder should also have similar work experience of the last five years, with a detailed statement year-wise. The annual financial turnover of the bidder should be Rs. 320.00 Lakh in any one year out of the last five financial years. The bidder should have access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract. A minimum investment of 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract is required. The bidder should also have a Bank Solvency amounting to 20% of the estimated value of the package, valid up to the bid validity period. The bidder should provide information on cumulative work on hand, with a detailed statement year-wise, along with signed and sealed work orders issued by Competent Govt. / Semi Govt. Authority. The bidder should also provide an Annual financial Turnover Certificate of last five years. The Project Manager should have no less than five years of experience in construction of similar civil engineering works. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years, with a total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years reported in Rs. Lakhs.
