The bidder is required to have prior work experience in the construction of any building project having RCC framed structure. Specifically, the bidder should have completed one similar work (RCC building Frame Structure (G+1)) amounting to Rs. 110.00 Lakh. The bidder should also have a similar work experience of the last five years. The bidder's experience will be evaluated based on their general and particular experience, personnel and equipment capabilities, and financial positions. The bidder must provide a preliminary description of the proposed work method and schedule. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering constructions, specifically, they should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years. The bidder needs to provide information on work performed as a prime contractor, including project name, name of the employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, and actual date of completion. The value of contracts is required to be mentioned in Rs. Crore, and the bidder should have a total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years. A percentage of 25% is mentioned for cash investment / Bank Certificate, and the bidder should have access to, or have available, liquid assets (aggregate of working capital, cash in hand and uncommitted bank guarantees) and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract/contracts applied. The bidder should have an Annual Financial Turnover of Rs. 300.00 Lakh in any one year out of the last five financial years. The bidder should also have a Bank Solvency amounting to 20% of the Estimated amount. The maximum amount of work awarded to a Service Provider shall be as per the table: R&B Registration Class Maximum Amount up to which work can be awarded, with maximum amounts of Rs.75.00 CRORE, Rs.100.00 CRORE, and Rs.150.00 CRORE for “B” CLASS, “A” CLASS, and “AA” CLASS respectively.
