The bidder is required to have prior work experience in construction of similar civil engineering works. Specifically, the Project Manager should have no less than five years' experience in construction of similar civil engineering works. The bidder should also have experience in works of a similar nature over the last five years. Regarding similar work experience, the bidder should have experience in the construction of any building project having RCC framed structure done for State or Central Government or Semi-Government, with one similar completed work (RCC building Frame Structure (G+1)) amounting Rs. 81.00 Lakh. The Annual Financial Turnover shall be Rs. 222.00 Lakh in any one year out of the last five financial years. The bidder should also have Similar Work Experience of last Five years. As for the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualification criteria for each contract. However, specific values and percentages of similar works completed are not mentioned, except that the bidder should have access to, or has available, liquid assets up to 25 percent of the value of the contract/contracts applied. Additionally, the bidder should invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract. A Bank Solvency amounting to 20% of the Estimated value of package is also required, valid up to bid validity period.
