The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering constructions, specifically having completed works of a similar nature over the last five years. The total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years should be mentioned in the bid. The bidder should have experience as a prime contractor on works of a similar nature over the last five years, with details such as project name, contract number, value of contract, and date of completion. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work, such as an RCC building Frame Structure (G+1) amounting to Rs. 88.00 Lakh. The bidder's annual financial turnover should be at least Rs. 241.00 Lakh in any one year out of the last five financial years.
