The bidder is required to have a certain level of prior work experience, specifically, the Project Manager should have no less than five years of experience in construction of similar civil engineering works. As for the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder is required to provide information on the total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years. The bidder should also provide details of work performed as a prime contractor on works of a similar nature over the last five years, including the value of the contract, which should be in Rs. Crore. One similar completed work (RCC building Frame Structure (G+1)) amounting Rs. 96.00 Lakh is required. Additionally, the Annual Financial Turnover shall be Rs. 261.00 Lakh in any one year out of last five financial years. The bidder should also have Similar Work Experience of last Five years. A minimum cash investment of up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract is required. The bank solvency requirement is 20% of the estimated value of the package.
