The required prior work experience for the bidder includes at least 5 years of experience as a well-established Engineering contractor, with a focus on works executed in Government (State/Central), Board, Corporation, and Government Undertaking/Organizations of state & central government. The bidder should also have at least 5 years of experience in construction of Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering works of similar nature, specifically in cold chain projects. The bidder must have completed similar nature of work, such as cold chain/pack house/food processing works/cold storage, within the last 5 financial years, with a value of: - One contract of Rs. 4.27 Crores - Or two contracts of Rs. 2.67 Crores each - Or three contracts of Rs. 2.13 Crores each No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The bidder needs to provide details of works already completed during the last 5 financial years, including the name of work, place, tendered amount, cost on completion, date of starting, original time limit, extended time limit, and actual date of completion. The bidder's maximum gross income from contract works during the last five financial years and the maximum cost of the project handled should also be provided. The experience of works executed in private organizations will also be considered if bids from less than 3 technically qualified bidders are received.
