The value of the work as per the percentage participation in a Joint Venture (JV) or Consortium shall be considered. In terms of percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have an average annual turnover of ≥ Rs. 5,62,74,296/- from similar works over the last 3 consecutive financial years, with the income from "contractual receipts" only considered. The average annual turnover of JV will be based on the percentage participation of each member. Additionally, the bidder's prior work experience is evaluated based on several factors, including overall experience, similar experience, and hospitality projects similar experience, with specific criteria and marks assigned to each category. The total marks for experience are 120, which accounts for 40% of the total evaluation.
