Technical Capacity
The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works with a minimum value and built-up area. The bidder should have completed "Two" similar works with a value of 50% of the estimated cost (Rs 1,40,68,574 or more) and a minimum built-up area of 4,500 m2, or "Three" similar works with a value of 40% of the estimated cost (Rs 1,12,54,859 or more) and a minimum built-up area of 3,500 m2. For Hospitality Vendors, the similar work experience should be in canteen services, providing daily catering to 50-150 people and Room Service to about 25-40 rooms. The average annual turnover from similar works of the last 3 consecutive financial years should be ≥ Rs. 8,44,114/- for general bidders and ≥ Rs. 5,62,74,296/- for Hospitality Vendors. The value of the work as per the percentage participation in a Joint Venture (JV) or Consortium shall be considered.
In terms of percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have an average annual turnover of ≥ Rs. 5,62,74,296/- from similar works over the last 3 consecutive financial years, with the income from "contractual receipts" only considered. The average annual turnover of JV will be based on the percentage participation of each member.
Additionally, the bidder's prior work experience is evaluated based on several factors, including overall experience, similar experience, and hospitality projects similar experience, with specific criteria and marks assigned to each category. The total marks for experience are 120, which accounts for 40% of the total evaluation.
