Providing & Applying rust remover- WR for cleaning the TMT bars, steel structure etc. of structure by Waterjet cleaning/ grinding the surface by grinder machine, wirebrush, removing existing corrosion from the metal surface also removing loose particles(using other mechanical / manual means) and apply on prepared surface of rust passivator - as corrosion preventive coat on prepared TMT bars, steel structure,metal surface etc. to protect it from corrosion etc. as per manufacturer's specification ( using other manual / mechinical means) complete as per specification including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, as directed by the Engineer in charge. Providing and applying anti corrosive treatment with epoxy zinc rich primer to the exposed reinforcement after cleaning either with wire brush or sand blasting including all tools,tackels, machinery etc. complete.

Providing and Repairing the damaged concrete portion with single component, fibre reinforced, duel shrinkage-compensated, thixotropic, cementitious patch repair mortar that acheives compressive strength of 35 MPa at 7 day and 45 MPa at 28 days and capable of applying 25 to 30 mm avg. thick in single layer initially by hand and finishing with trowel carefully compacting the same around the rebars and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface with an average thickness of 40mm inclusive of Manpower, Material and Equipment

Carrying out the filling of all Major Cracks in the external Plaster up to 10 mm width and 10 mm in depth to be cut in 'V' shape with cutting machine, wash to remove loose particles by providing & applying Crack filling Compound as per list of makes for all level and height. Interior Corridor Painting 1. Surface preparation by removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. 2.Applying one or more coat of solvent thinnable cement primer of approved brand (Asianpaints DecoPrime Cement Primer (ST), Berger BP Cement Primer (ST), Nerolac Primer (ST)) and manufacture on wall surface as per detailed technical specification and direction of EIC. 3.Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand (Asianpaints Apcolite Suprema Premium Interior Emulsion, Berger Rangoli, Nerolac Beauty Pearl Emulsion) and manufacture to give an even shades, Two or more coats for old works complete as per manufacturer's specification. Note: The cost for providing protective PVC plastic sheet or tarpaulin on utilities for protection of dust, Cleaning, floor moping,window/door cleaning, house keeping after the painting is inculded in the price for wall painting. Also, All the above-mentioned products must be of same make. E.g. Primer+ paint must be of one brand. No other make of Painting System except the makes and products mentioned above shall be acceptable

Exterior Wall Waterproofing and Painting 1. Surface preparation prior to waterproofing application as per detailed technical specification. 2. Providing and applying one coat of modified acrylic, water-based alkali resistant primer-cum-sealer with silicone additives of approved make (AsianPaints/Berger/Nerolac) as per product specification. 3. Providing and applying first coat of fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid of approved make (AsianPaints Smartcare/Berger HomeShield/Nerolac Perma) as per product specification. 4. Providing and applying second coat of fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid of approved make (AsianPaints Smartcare/Berger HomeShield/Nerolac Perma) as per product specification. 5. Providing and applying first coat of Acrylic smooth emulsion with silicon additives paint of approved make (AsianPaints Apex or Apex Suprema/Berger Weather Coat Anti Dust/Nerolac Excel Mica Marble) as per product specification. 6. Providing and applying second coat of Acrylic smooth emulsion with silicon additives paint of approved make (AsianPaints Apex or Apex Suprema/Berger Weather Coat Anti Dust/Nerolac Excel Mica Marble) as per product specification. Note: All the above-mentioned products must be of same make. E.g. Primer+ waterproofing coat +topcoat paint must be of one brand. No other make of Painting System except the makes and products mentioned above shall be acceptable.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade and approved make(AsianPaints Apex or Apex Suprema/Berger Weather Coat All Guard /Nerolac Excel Anti Peel), Two or more coats for old works complete as per manufacturer's specification Note: Also, All the above-mentioned products must be of same make. E.g. Primer+ paint must be of one brand. No other make of Painting System except the makes and products mentioned above shall be acceptable

Surface cleaning/preparation of wood and metal surfaces prior to application of painting and primer which includes cleaning of surface with sand paper, removing the rust from the surface etc. all complete and as per detailed technical: specification and direction of EIC.

Applying Priming coat with ready mixed zinc chromate primer of approved brand (Asian paints SmartCare High Performance Yellow Metal Primer/ Berger BP yellow zinc primer / Nerolac zinc yellow primer) and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works.

Providing and fixing of shear links of 12 mm dia in the periphery of the wall for 100 mm mm depth @ 500 mm c/c bothway and grouting with epoxy grout includes the cost of hire charges of all machineries, cost of all tools and all labour charges etc., complete.

Letter Writing on Buildings in appropriate sizes shapes, font & colour, bilingual etc all complete with acrylic emulsion paint of all shades. The job shall be executed in presence of Supervisor. Note: For measurement purpose length shall be measured from top most point of first alphabet to top most point of last alphabet and breadth shall be measured from top most point of first alphabet to bottom most point of first alphabet.
