Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) of total thickness of 0.50 mm ( base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coated thickness of 0.05 mm ) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer- in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Fixing of old wind tie with new fittings including painting two or more coats with anticorrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand & manufacturer over and including priming coat of ready mixed zinc chromate yellow primer of approved brand.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as perstandard design :In 75x75 mm deep chase

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90litre /10 sqm)

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Supply at site angle iron post and struts of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling hiles up to 10 mm dia etc complete.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Credit for taking away of the dismantled CGI sheets received from the specified item with all leads and lifts including transportation on as is where basis complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Weight will be taken as per actual weighment on FCI weigh bridge).

Credit for taking away of the dismantled J hook & bolt nut received from the AC sheets for the specified item shall be issue to the contractor and shall be cleared by the contractor from the site of work with all leads and lifts including transportation as is where basis complete as directed by EIC Weight will be taken as per actual weighment on FCI weigh bridge)

Credit For dismantled purlins/truss shall be issue to the contractor and shall be cleared by the contractor from the site of work with all leads and lifts including transportation as is where basis complete as directed by EIC Weight will be taken as per actual weighment on FCI weigh bridge)
