The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a certain number of Financial years before the bid opening date. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 50% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. 3. Experience Criteria: The OEM should have experience of successfully commissioning One project of not less than 500nos. of IP CCTV Camera at Single/Multiple site/campus at Central/State Government/PSUs/Universities/City Surveillance. 4. Past Performance: The bidder should have experience of having successfully Completed One project of Rs. 25,00,000 at Single site/campus at Central/State Government/PSUs/Universities/City Surveillance. 5. Site visit: Bidder must have to visit site before bid submission to understand the geographic situation. 6. Skilled workforce: Bidder should have skilled workforce to complete the project in well verse. The values and percentages mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 50% of bid quantity for Past Performance - 3 Financial years for Experience Criteria and Past Performance - 500nos. of IP CCTV Camera - Rs. 25,00,000 The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is: - A valid BIS certificate as per IS 13252 under CSR - OEM Authorization Certificate - Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) for the product offered from OEM's - Compliance of Product Specifications should be submitted on letterhead - Undertaking as per the Department of Expenditure, Government of India guidelines on procurement dated 23.07.2020 - Copies of relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates like CRAC to be submitted along with the bid in support of having supplied some quantity during each of the Financial year.
