The values and percentages mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: 1. 15% margin of purchase preference/price band for MSE sellers to match L-1 price. 2. 25% of total quantity to be awarded to MSE sellers if they match L-1 price. 3. 50% of technically qualified bidders will be considered for Reverse Auction. 4. 15% price band for MSE preference. 5. 20% price band for Make in India preference. 6. 50% of technically qualified bidders for Reverse Auction participation. The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is: 1. Certificate (Requested in ATC) 2. OEM Authorization Certificate 3. Working capital certificate Certified by Chartered Accountant for Assessment Year 2024-2025 with UDIN Number.
