The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM of the product offered in the bid should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a certain number of Financial years. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU, with a weightage of 10%. The technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: 1. OEM Authorization Certificate 2. Certificate (Requested in ATC) 3. Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC) 4. ISO 9001:2015 5. ISO 14001:2015 6. ISO 27001:2013 7. CMMI Level 5 8. ISO 45001:2018 9. BIS Certification for OEM 10. CE and BIS certificates for CCTV Cameras, NVR/DVR 11. GDPR certification for cloud services 12. ISO certificate stating the performance of the camera system Additionally, the bidder must provide an undertaking stating that the proposed model/OEM is not banned by any government authority, and that the proposed CCTV camera model and its components will not be discontinued within two years.
