The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: - The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for 2 years. - The OEM of IP CCTV cameras should have supplied at least 1,00,000 IP CCTV cameras during the last 07 years to any State Govt. / Central Govt. / Public sector undertaking in India. 2. Past Performance: - 30% weightage is given to past performance. - The OEM should not have any cheating or fraud case filed against their company for their respective product line. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 2 years for Experience Criteria - 07 years for Experience Criteria of IP CCTV cameras - 1,00,000 IP CCTV cameras - 30% for Past Performance weightage - 2 years for affiliation with NSDC training council Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: 1. OEM Authorization Certificate 2. Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document 3. Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and details of locations at which the local value addition is made (for Make in India products) 4. CMMI Level 5 or above certification 5. ISO Certifications: - ISO9001:2015 - ISO 14001:2015 - ISO 27001:2013 - ISO 45001:2018 6. H.265 HEVC certificate and should be listed on HEVC website 7. ONVIF membership and the quoted models should be listed on ONVIF official website 8. BIS certification for CCTV and Storage 9. GDPR compliance
