The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a number of Financial years as indicated. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 80% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 80% for Past Performance - 3 Years for Years of Past Experience Required for same/similar service - 500 nos. of IP CCTV Camera: The OEM should have experience of successfully commissioning One project of not less than this amount at Single/Multiple site/campus at Central/State Government/PSUs/Universities/City Surveillance. The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is: - ISO 9000:2015 - ISO 14001 Additionally, the bidder should also have - ISO/IEC 27001:2022 - Cyber security certified with NDAA/UL Cyber Security certificate/GDPR/NIST/TPM/Cybersecurity Chipset/Any other cyber security certificate from Indian Government body for mitigating cyber security risk.
