The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar works, with consideration given to the quantities of work executed as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor. The bidder should have completed works in the last five years, with the value of these works being mentioned. The bidder should have experience of execution of all major items of works under the proposed contract, which may have been acquired as a prime contractor, or as a member of a joint venture, or as a nominated sub-contractor. The works should be substantially completed, meaning at least 90% completed. For joint ventures, the lead partner should meet not less than 50% of the qualification criteria, and the joint venture as a whole should collectively satisfy these criteria. Other joint venture partners should have experience that is not less than 30% of the qualifying criteria. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover, defined as billing for works in progress and completed in all classes of civil engineering construction works only, in any one year, over the last five years of the annual value of contract/contracts applied for. The bidder should also have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of Building work with RCC Frame structure G + 2 Story Building of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. In terms of specific values, the bidder should demonstrate access to liquid assets or credit facilities up to 25% of the value of the contract. The bidder must have a minimum annual financial turnover of at least the annual value of the contract applied for in any one year over the last five years. The percentage of similar works completed is at least 90% for substantially completed works, and the bidder should have completed at least one contract of building work with an RCC Frame structure G + 2 Story Building of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years.
