In terms of specific values, the bidder should have completed at least one contract of similar nature, with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract value, and the work should be substantially completed, i.e., at least 90% completed. The bidder should also demonstrate access to liquid assets or credit facilities up to 25% of the value of the contract. The enhancement factors for works completed in previous years are as follows: - 2023-2024: 1.10 - 2022-2023: 1.21 - 2021-2022: 1.33 - 2020-2021: 1.46 - 2019-2020: 1.61 The bidder should provide information on the total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years, including work performed as a prime contractor and as a nominated sub-contractor.
