The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for a number of financial years before the bid opening date. Additionally, the Bidder should be an established IT / Telecom/ Security Surveillance Solutions System Integrator and should have been engaged in setting-up and Operations & Maintenance Services of Network (Active or Passive) or Data Centers for a period of at least 7 years as on bid submission date. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 50% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. The OEM should have experience of successfully completed One project of not less than 2000Mtr. of CAT6 Cable at Single site/campus at Central/State Government/PSUs/Universities/City Surveillance. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 50% of bid quantity for Past Performance - 7 years for Experience Criteria - 2000Mtr. for Past Performance Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: - Valid BIS certificate as per IS 13252 under CSR - Cyber security certified with NDAA/UL Cyber Security certificate/GDPR/NIST/TPM/Cybersecurity Chipset/Any other cyber security certificate from Indian Government body for mitigating cyber security risk. - ONVIF comply with profile S. - BIS certification for NVR. - HEVC Licensee. - ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, ISO 27032, CMMI LEVEL - 5 and CE, FCC & RoHS certifications.
